Everything was really great! The price was really fair, I would even expect less for that amount of money. The room was clean, big, comfortable, staff friendly, and the metro is rather close. Only the location. But we were going to the Rock in Rio so perfect.

Correcta habitacion y amplia y espaciosa. El menaje del apartamento muy escaso, no existen sartenes ni cazuelas de ningun tipo. Internet por cable en la habitacion no funciona. Solicitamos su reparacion pero no lo conseguimos.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este aparthotel y no será la última. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Está cerca de una parada de metro. Si vas en coche tienes la opción de dejarlo en el garaje. Hay un par de supermercados al lado del hotel. El personal muy amable.

Resulta muy cómodo al ser un apartamento. Puedes estar viendo la tele sentado cómodamente en el sofá. Muy acogedor. No nos resultó fácil llegar.

Espaço e o facto de existirem supermercados muito perto. Não faz sentido alugarmos um apartamento que tem uma cozinha completamente equipada até com máquina de lavar roupa e depois NÃO HÁ UM TACHO OU PANELA... É necessário alugar por 5 Euros... Ridiculo que forma tão manhosa de ganhar dinheiro... a minha NOTA NEGATIVA para esta abordagem...

He vuelto a repetir, y opino lo mismo que reflejo en mis comentarios del 12 de octubre del 2012, es un aparthotel muy aconsejable, tanto por el confort que ofrece como por la atención del personal. La ubicación es perfecta, pues está fuera del centro, y por tanto es una zona tranquila, pero a la vez tienes el metro y el tren a 500 metros.

La amabilidad y flexibilidad en recepción al ofrecer la habitación antes de la hora normal de entrada, así como la limpieza y la comodidad del apartamento, y el silencio. Paredes muy bien aisladas: desde el dormitorio, cerrando todas las puertas, apenas se escuchaba la TV del cuarto de estar. Luz del sol desde el punto de la mañana por falta de persianas justo en la habitación, pero no en el salón. Paradójico. No pudimos dormir tanto como deseábamos como sería el objetivo primario de un hotel. Las "rolling blinds" me encantan en los inviernos de Londres, no en el verano de Madrid.

El comedor y la cocina estaban muy bien. El comedor era grande y luminoso con sofa-cama, la cocina tenia utensilios para cocinar. Las camas se movian mucho y no habia wifi en las habitaciones

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, los apartamentos son muy confortables. Muy cerca hay dos supermercados. Aunque está alejado del centro de Madrid la estación de tren se encuentra a 500 metros, y en 15 minutos te encuentras en Atocha. Tanto el personal de recepción como el del restaurante son muy amables. Nada que destacar. Como sugerencia, los lavabos podrían disponer de secador de pelo.

ホテルスタッフの対応が良く安心できた。 部屋の清掃も毎日行き届いて気持ちよく滞在できた。 インターネット（有線）が各部屋で出来るということで18日間滞在を決めたが初日からホテル全館で回線が故- 障しておりすぐになおるといっていたが最後までインターネットはつながらなかった。そのことに対しての対応- が全くなかったのが良くなかった。また、はじめに説明がないことも良くなかった。
