we stayed three nights 6th - 9th December all the staff were very friendly, it was very quiet, our room we had was nice and we probably had the best balcony at the hotel.

Location and was decent price for 3 bed apartment,also the restaurant is good too.

The staff were wonderful a big thank you to Marie Teresa and all the staff. My husband and I spent a week in room 9 with fantastic sea views very clean and comfortable. Fittings all excellent quality. We had a lovely holiday very relaxing. We will return. My parents and younger sister also stayed in room 7 which was lovely and spacious they really enjoyed their stay. We shall all return as soon as we can.

Good service, nice big, clean rooms with good views and all the facilities you could need. Very cool roof-top terrace overlooking the bay. Staff were very polite & friendly.

Small pool in shaded courtyard (although the beach is a 10 second walk so not a big deal). Breakfast was terrible, everything always ran out & the one poor guy trying to keep up had no chance. They really need to address this. I like a good breakfast, so based solely on this, I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else. Its a real shame as its a gem in other ways (room size, location & that terrace). Sort out the food and I would change my answer immediately to a "recommend".

Comfortable and well managed apart-hotel, with good restaurant. Ideal for couples. Lovely quiet location some 20 minutes walk from resort Centre.

one improvement suggested - apartment kitchen should also have a kettle supplied for tea making.

This is a lovely small Family run Hotel with a relaxed feel. Its location directly accross the road from the quiter end of the beach resort was ideal with the local bus to the Resort centre stopping outside, An initial mix-up regarding our reservation was promptly and satisfactorily dealt with. The staff were most helpful without being intrusive. The standard of room servicing and general cleanliness was excellent with many personal touches. The adults only Terrace was a real gem without luxurious loungers, a hot tub and a fabulous view. Breakfast was a basic buffet. The food in the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced. There was also a good rustic restaurant around the corner with lovely BBQ dishes. Don't forget to get the Bus from outside the Hotel into the old Town of Polensa (€1.50) and the nearby picturesque Port St Vincent

Personal ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich willkommen. Vor Anreise verschickt das Hotel einen Willkommensgruß, sehr nett.

Im Februar, nebensaison, ist der Service eingeschränkt: Restaurant geschlossen, Rezeption nur zeitweilig besetzt. Internet ist in manchen Zimmern nicht gut koder gar nicht zu empfangen(Zimmer3), tyv Programm hat kaum ausländische Sender, keine Flat Screens.

Rezeption nur wenige Stunden besetzt, Restaurant, Wellness usw alles geschlossen, Miserable couch

Auf direkte Anfrage im Hotel konnten gegen einen geringen Aufpreis ein wunderbares Apartment mit Terrasse und tollem Meerblick beziehen. Sehr freundlicher Service, tolle Lage, nicht so groß. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und hatten es ruhig und gemütlich. Viele Läden und Restaurants hatten geschlossen. Im Sommer stellen wir uns die Umgebung und den Verkehr sehr hektisch vor.

Apartamento amplio con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños y cocina indepndiente tamb muy amplia con aire acondicionado por tods las habitaciones incluida la cocina tambien y una bonita terraza que da a la piscina.

Las habitaciones no estan descoradas no hay ni un cuadro en todo el apartamento, la television es de las primeras televisiones que se fabricaron enana cuadrada de pantalla ridicula. No hay escoba ni pala ni un simple stropajo no hay copas de vino y la sarten era.para freir un huevo como mucho. lo peor a decir que el desayuno fue de risa leche cafe y pan duro porq segun ellos staba todo cerrado no habia ni mermelada en fin una verguenza.

Apartamento de tres habitaciones muy amplio y confortable. Buena ubicación en primera línea de playa.

Hora de salida las 10 de la mañana aunque disponen de instalaciones de cortesía con duchas. Somos alérgicos a los ácaros y la habitación estaba poco ventilada y con olor a cerrado.

Et meget sødt og imødekommende personale, meget hjælpsomme Nydeligt og hyggeligt sted, dejlige værelser, vi havde havudsigt god restaurant på hotellet, faktisk 3 i samme kompleks, stranden på anden side af vejen - busstoppested udenfor, ikke støjmæssigt noget problem - værelserne med balkoner anbefalelsesværdige, tagterrassen tiptop - dejlig pool i gårdhaven - alt i alt godt

forslag til forbedring: solparasoller på alle balkonerne. også på tagterassen og i poolområdet.

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, geräumige, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, besonders freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, schöner Innenhof mit Pool, tolle Dachterasse.

Nur wenige Zimmer haben Balkon. Frühstücksbuffet bietet zwar recht große Auswahl, manchmal sind sie angebotenen Mengen aber zu gering (allerdings wird regelmäßig nachgelegt).

La ubicación

La reserva la hicimos de un apartamento con vistas al mar (precio mucho más elevado que los otros) y nos dieron uno que no las tenía e intentaban convencernos de que aunque estaba de espaldas al mar, la categoría era la misma, al día siguiente conseguimos que nos dieran una mini habitación con vistas al mar que no tenía nada que ver con lo contratado. El desayuno es muy escaso, de baja calidad y sin ninguna variación de un día a otro. Habíamos solicitado desayuno con comida para celiacos, el primer día sacaron una bandeja con galletas, magdalenas y pan, muy bien, el segundo lo que sobro del primero, el tercero solo pan y el último nada. La sorpresa final fue al pagar, nos querían cobrar por lo contratado, finalmente nos hicieron un 10% de descuento, que de ninguna manera compensa los cambios. Falta de clase y profesionalidad.

Einrichtung des Zimmers war nicht optimal. V.A. waren wir überrascht, dass kein Kleiderkasten vorhanden war.

Vackert hotell, bra läge och personal. Kommer antagligen att semestra fler gånger på detta hotell.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the location is great (next to the beach), hotel staff amazing.

The staff were excellent. We had an initial problem with the room and the staf went out of their way to move us and to discount the bill as recompense for the ( minor) inconvenience. The location of the hotel was very good. It was quiet but within walking distance of the centre.

A strange criticism - the portions were over-generous at dinner in the restaurant, though the food was well- cooked and good value.

Zimmerservice nur jeden 2. Tag ist zu wenig.

Being given a room without a kitchen, seating area or TV. Luckily we asked and were moved to a room which matched the description we had booked. We then went on to have a great weekend and enjoyed our holiday very much.
