this was a great apartment, in a quiet location, with friendly staff.

Well equipped apartment that was quite comfortable and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfu. From our 3rd floor unit we had great views of the sea and the little(but very lively during the holiday season) street we were on

Could do with a bigger TV.

This was the first part of a two part stay. Located in very handy position to the beach shops incl supermarket train. Good spot for day trip to Barcelona. Very easy free public parking nearby. Apartment very comfortable and secure. Staff very friendly and most helpful, especially with our luggage whilst we were away overnight in Barcelona. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel for a beach holiday and excursions near and far.Comfortable room, good equipment. Cleanliness, good housekeeping.Friendly staff.Bedroom window overlook a quiet courtyard and the second window looks out to sea on the second line of the street on which a lot of useful shops.

Wi-fi was not possible to use (only a few minutes in the first night). After 19 hours the staff of the hotel is absent, so ask for help there was nobody. Without the Internet it was difficult to choose excursions and prepare for them, and can not read email

The location is just few minutes to the nice beach of Malgrat centre, in the pedestrian shopping street with supermarket in the downstairs and 5-10 mins walk to the railway station with 1h15min train trip to downtown Barcelona (9€ return). The 3rd floor sea view apartment has a nice view over the beach area, the sea, railroads with trains passing by, and the main shopping pedestrian street. In the backfront, the view is over the houses to the small mountains at distance. The utensils in the kitchen are sufficient to make and eat food and the fridge with freezer is large. The flat is cleaned regularly. The main desk attendant (lady) is very helpful.

Tv is very small. There is no washing machine. The sofa in the living room is not the best one for sleeping if you need bed for more than 2 people. The walls are thin, so if the neighbors party, you'll hear that. Otherwise the place is quiet despite the location in the main shopping area. The place is a overpriced in the peak season, otherwise price is fine.

Hotel is near to beach with beautiful view on the sea. Hotel staff are very kind and serviceable.

Across from hotel is one very very vociferous, noisy club "PATIS" which works all over the night, to 6 h in the morning, just when train starts. There it is impossible to sleep with open the door. with closed door, there it is impossible to breathe.

The hotel is located near the night club Patis with noisy music. It was not a big deal, but for the family with small children it was not very good.

It's a wonderful place with a lot of space, like an actual apartment. We had two balconies, bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioner in both of the rooms. The receptionist spoke very good English, the housekeeping lady didn't. But there was no problem. When they need to fill in the client form, please offer to do it yourself, it's faster and easier. If you go there by car, a free parking is available nearby and the receptionist will explain you how to get there. You can also park your car for about 15 minutes at the hotel, while you can carry your luggage. You can see the beach from the balcony and also the train line. The kitchen had everything you needed: fridge, microwave, cooker, water boiler, sandwich maker, dishes, kitchen utensils. The train station is near, about 3 minutes by foot and next to the hotel you'll find the tourist information, where you can get the map of Malgrat and also a map of Barcelona and information about the train. The train ticket to Barcelona costs 8.40 euros <->. Malgrat de Mar is a wonderful place with lots of places to visit. If you're travelling with children, please look for the Fracesc Macia Park. It's so great! I would really recommend this hotel!

In the bathroom, there was an awful odor and the ventilator wasn't working. But that was only for a couple of hours, in the morning. We didn't complain, but when we arrived from the beach, the odor was gone and the ventilator was fixed.

Good location , see 80 m, very comfortable apartment for good price. See view.

In the apartment no washing machine. But one minus - a little far from Barcelona. It is 1.15 min by train. And a little far from Girona airport if you are using train. By taxi only 30 min.

great clean apartment hotel. helpful and knowledgeable staff, location excellent, close to beach and shopping, good budget price.

We commute between Portual and France regularily. Aparthotel Iris has shown to be a best performance for price/quality at one of the two stops underway. It is well managed, has simpled but very adequate appartements close to the beach and within a nice district. They have nice attitude to dogs and our dog likes the sourroundings. The WiFi in the room has good bandwith. The kitchen supports your needs. A perfect overnight when travelling - if you don't look for the luxuary sea side hotels. Very service friendlly and nice staff and management.

So far nothing

The location was perfect, near all facilities, beach, shops, bars and many of the good restaurants. The receptionist was extremely helpful and nothing seemed to be any trouble, extra towels , toilet rolls etc. My friend left his passport at the apartment and we had only gone a few minutes when the receptionist rang to tell us. Brilliant service. I would highly recommend the accomodation and location. My mates and I hope to return for a longer period next time.

- uitzicht op de dakterrassen van de overburen, deze worden waarschijnlijk gebruikt als opslag van oud meubilair.

Personnel très sympatique - hotel très bien situé et juste en face de la mer - immeuble avec ascenseur pratique quand on a une poussette. L'appartement est grand, lumineux et très propre. rien à dire séjour nikel!! Nous recommandons cet hotel!!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible et en plus parle le français

Centraal gelegen, vlak aan de zee, supermarkt naast de deur, ijsjeskraam tegenover hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, er wordt dagelijks gepoetst en dagelijks worden de handdoeken ook gewisseld. Er zijn zeer goeie restaurantjes in de nabijheid die qua prijs zeer goed meevallen. Zeer net strand.

De omgeving is wat verouderd, voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar vertier is santa suzanna qua ligging beter (vlak naast malgrat de mar).

Muy limpio y la habitación tenia una vista al mar muy bonita.

Una de las camas era un sofa-cama que no era tan cómodo.

La posizione. la vista mare dal quarto piano e la spaziosità dell'appartamento.

poche pentole a disposizione. Il divano letto è scomodissimo, perchè mio figlio è piccolo e si adatta facilmente ma due adulti non so se ci avrebbero dormito. E quando mi sono sdraiata con mio figlio avevo paura che si rompeva per i rumori che faceva.

Que teniamos la reserva para un fin de semana y por una urgencia lo teniamos que cambiar para el proximo fin de semana porque el plazo de anulacion sin coste ya paso y sin ningun problema nos lo cambiaron. El apartamento amplio tranquilo limpio. La chica de recepcion la encargada muy agradable. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y todo muy bien sin problemas. Muy contentos y volveremos seguro.

Molto carino e agradevolle. La palazzina tutta ristrutturata. Il personale molto simpatici.

Ola soy evelyn y mi pareja y yo no quedamos para san valentin. ivamos preocupados por como seria pero perfecto. primero para aparcar justo al lado asi que maletas perfecto. la mujer de recepcion muy amable, subimos por el ascensor y plim 3° 3a planta. al entrar se estaba muy calentito ya que ay aire acondicionado o calorcito en cocina/comedor con sofa cama. Tv pequeñita pero ya estaba bien( se le iva la castaña y se quitaba el volumen o se subia de golpe jaja fueron unas risas) mesa para comer 4 personas ovalada muy moderna, nevera, micro... faltaba un horno pa ser completa. pero todo eso muy limpio( platos.. ollas. sartenes todo muy b y los platos muy modernos que para la cena romantica quedo mu bonito,productos para limpiar platos y cubito de la basura con su bolsa. el balconcito veiamos la playita( si miras para abajo se ve un descampaillo y terrazas pero si fijas la vista al mar es precioso) seguimos. Lavabo con bañera y mu limpio y modernos( ay en algunos apartamentos que no cabes en el baño o es viejo este n es nada de eso). Y la habitacion con armario, aire calentito y dos camas ( aunque pedimos una de matrimonio no pudo ser) con mantas por si pasas frio y las toallas del lavabo bien colocaditas en plan bienvenida. Dormi bien. no suelo extrañar cama o almohada aunque me despertaba cada dos por tres porque tenia frio y puse el calor y cada vez que se encendia hacia ruido.

No habia cama matrimonio. en inviero mas mantas .
