Aparthotel Jabeque  

Have stayed in these apartments several times in the past when owned by the Sirenis group. They have now been bought over by the gps group so the standard and staff are not as good as before. We asked at time of booking for a room on the 4th floor at the far end of the building. Did not get the room but was given a room in the heart of the complex surrounded by students. We asked if we could get a move and was promised everyday by a member of staff at reception that we would get moved the next day but it never happened. We were also promised by a member of staff on reception that we would be able to keep our apartment on for a few hours at no cost because of the trouble we had with the students everynight (and early morning) but when we went to get it we had to pay. A few other couples in the apartments were told the same and didn't get it either. Would still go back to the apartments but not in the middle of May as the apartments and the town are taken over by students!!

No kettle in the apartment. Although the staff were pleasant enough you can not believe anything they tell you as we were continuously promised a move and it never happened. The reception staff are not interested once they have checked you in.

Lovely location next to the sea. Good value for money. Close to both the airport and the old town.

Food could have been better.

Excellent location although quiet being off season..Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly providing speedy response to any queries. Rooms and public areas cleaned daily hotel located right on the beach but just 20 minute walk to Ibiza town and short distance to airport.Apartment spacious and had sea view.Bearing in mind the small negatives this hotel was excellent value and I would stay again

Food was bad,particularly evening meal, it was a bit like bad school dinners: . Had to eat out mainly.Breakfast was acceptable with cereal ham and eggs breads pastries etc.Could have done with a kettle and perhaps microwave in the apartment.We stayed in April so perhaps thigs improve when the main holidayseason starts

Room with Seaview, Location and Friendly Staff.

I liked the location and the room was great to share, single beds with enough space for luggage. A large bathroom and an area with sink and fridge to chill next to a balcony. In my opinion it is a great room for two friends to share.

The staff were really unfriendly though, grumpy and very unhelpful. I would employ some new ones if I owned the hotel. Some of the corridors are a little dark so it wouldnt be so good if I was travelling alone.

I loved the seaview. It's so nice to wake up every morning seeing the sun coming up behind the palmtrees that were planted in front. From the balcony you also could see the swimmingpool. It was lovely to wake up every morning. All the appartents in Jabeque have a seaview, so you don't have to worry wich room you will get. I was on the first floor and it was great! The location was also excellent, cause it was exactly between Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza city. It was very peacefull and nonoise from the streets like in Playa d'en Bossa.

The only thing I didn't like were the beds, the were so hard! It hurts my hips when I slept on my side :(

Big spacious room with a separate bedroom. Direct nice view to the sea.

The elevator never works. The room was not made at all - just towels are changed, but they never wash the floor, tables and do not change the bad sheets. In the bathroom the shower was broken. The kettle was missing at the kichen. Besides, its rather far from the center of Playa de'n Bossa. Each time you have to take a cab or a bus. Disco buses never stop there.

Our room was just on 10 meters from the sea and watching the sunrise from our balcony was marvelous. The room was nice and comfortable.

The neighborhood is not that nice, but within a short walk you can be at the port where the people is better.

Fantastic view from the balcony which was a good size and the assistance of Tito one of the staff members who spoke great English and was really happy to help

Room was spacious, quiet, clean, with a very nice sea view. We really enjoyed the location, very convenient. Lots of restaurants, snacks, supermarkets close by.

Staff was not very friendly.

It good relation quality price, very cheap, the quality is ok.

The hotel staff service very poor. Difficult to deal with front desk workers. We had problems with the room key and they couldn't solve it...

I stayed at that Aparthotel Jabeque as part of a stag party. I found the hotel clean and welcoming. It location was perfect for walking to several clubs and bars and ideal for the budget we all had. It was easy to book in, room was rady on arrival and cleaned regularly

I paid for a hotel safe and due to the fact on departure I had lost a piece of paper they refused to refund my deposit! I had brought the key back and the safe was in working order but due to not having this piece of paper I was not given my money back. Had this been explained at the start of my stay I would have made sure I had the paperwork. That was very annoying and soured my stay somewhat

It was quiet. Wonderful sea view. Nice apartment. Good beds.

The floors were note clean enough to go inside without shoes. The kitchen utensils could be better. A kitchen towel would be there to be changed every day.
