Pool bar closed,all food lukewarm,lifts continually broken,lifts reserved for staff but almost never used,strange checkout system ,double locking doors had no effect on staff entering, lack of spare utensils or condiments in restaurant , rooms flooded from open corridor after rain,etc. Etc.

Sea view was minimal from our room. We backed onto a bar. No kettle, no sharp knife or bottle opener.

Near airport, sea beach, and Santa CRuze town. Excelent appartment, price, and restaurant.

Wi-Fi was very bad and in the lobby area only (Wi-Fi is absence at the terrace and balcony (in the room))! Airport is too close to the hotel. No Airconditions in the room (and at the territory too). 15 minute before the beach! The reception is very good and you can hear your neighbors:(

We liked everything, especially that the location of the hotel is good, it is a very good base for the La Palma. The pool was enormous, relaxing and it had “breath-taking” vistas over the Atlantic. It is a truly global place as the hotel held an international conference. Dinners were fairly basic, but it is an option to take or leave out. You can cook in the kitchen provided. The room we had had a sea-view, balcony, and a separate bedroom. In total 50 sq meters – it was big for a couple. A bunch of restaurants or hotels were available in the proximity of 1-10 minute walk either along the road, or the sea promenade. We definitely recommend the hotel and we would like to come back. We took a car to drive around the island, as the hotel is well connected with the La Palma airport and the rest of the island. Lastly the staff were very good and the reception area was beautiful

Big nice apartments with sea view. Were cleaned once at 2-3 days, towels changed once at 2 days.Free wi-fi in public places, but if you stay near the window it`s available too :) A lot of place for parking. 2 supermarkets near. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Good pools. Towels for free. Good hotel to stay if you are going to rent a car and explore the island.

Not negative about hotel, but you should know that Los Cancajos a little bit boring in the evenings/nights. Santa Cruz is about 1 hour walking by foot and it is much more interesting.

Quite a few minor problems but lots to like. Las Olas is a largish, very well organised complex with very good facilities and a beautiful garden, so a certain aesthetic value comes as a bonus. The staff were exceptionally nice, informative and helpful and spoke good English. The apartment was nice, comfortable and spacious. Very good value for money!

The kitchen was poorly equipped for self catering, lacking in some basic utensils. Air conditioning would be useful. The towels seemed to smell of chloride (but maybe I'm oversensitive here). The majority of apartments are ok, but the 'mountain view' apartments overlook a busy street, so ask about that when making a booking.

Everything was excellent and would definitely recommend it!. They even provided a cot, mattress and bedding for our toddler and let us keep our room until our evening flight all at no cost - I have never been anywhere that doesnt take the opportunity to milk every penny out of you so it was a refreshing change - thank you Las Olas for going the extra mile!

It is written in booking.com that there is airport transfer. NO! There is only public bus stop near the hotel (ticket costs only 1.30).

Location was good and most of the staff were reasonably friendly.

Honestly I felt it was overpriced for the level of hotel. The half board option seems good but in reality the hotel is quiet and therefore the food sits for a long time.

Relacion calidad precio excelente. Los apartamentos bien equipados, servicio de limpieza muy atento. Piscinas y mantenimiento muy bien.

Zona muy tranquila, bien situada, facilidad de aparcamiento, buenas instalaciones...

El baño necesita reformas, sobre todo la bañera de ducha, y la televisión, era de las antiguas y muy pocos canales de tv...

Buenos dias, comentarles q no es la primera vez q nos alojamos en este hotel y no me ha parecido muy bien q x necesitar salir unas horas más tarde de las doce nos cobren un suplemento, bastantes veces nos hemos quedado y es la primera vez q nos ponen inconvenientes...entiendo que sea política de la empresa pero no esta de más que tambien a clientes más o menos fijos se les recompensé con algo q creo q es insignificante para ustedes. De resto no tengo nada malo que decir.

Uitstekende ligging van het hotel t.o.v. het vliegveld. De receptioniste sprak Nederlands en de kamers waren ruim met een goed uitzicht op zee. In de buurt is een klein supermarktje en diverse restaurants.

In tegenstelling tot de verstrekte informatie, was er geen shuttlebus, maar een lijndienst-verbinding met het vliegveld. Internet was niet te ontvangen op de kamer; het kastje van de afvoer stonk.

Las instalaciones del hotel están bien. El desayuno bufet está muy bien, muy completo, aunque me extrañó que salía más barato contratarlo cuando tenías sólo alojamiento (6€) que si lo contratabas con a+d (8€).

Las condiciones que se publicitan no son correctas, ponen que todas las habitaciones tienen balcón o terraza y no es cierto. El trato del personal deja mucho que desear, si vas en pareja con pocos días te dan la peor habitación (sin vistas y sin balcón), a otros pagando lo mismo le dan habitaciones mejores, y no importa con qué antelación reserves. Hay varios edificios en el complejo, uno en primera línea de playa y los otros más lejos. Los apartamentos con vistas a la montaña, en realidad es con vistas a una carretera y como mucho a un muro de piedra. Algunos apartamentos te los venden como con terraza y en realidad dan a un pasillo común por el que pasan todos y en planta baja que no tiene vistas. Publicidad totalmente engañosa. Y no intentes poner una queja porque te ponen mil excusas y no te dejan ponerla. La señorita Petra de recepción se mostró poco competente y el trato dejó mucho que desear, no volveríamos al mismo hotel después del trato recibido.

Le complexe Las Olas est excellent, bien placé, sur une île superbe et romantique. Les appartements sont propres, jolis et bien conçus. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est copieux et bon. Las Olas a une superbe piscine et un jardin tropical petit mais très fleuri. Superbe séjour, encadré par un personnel souriant, serviable et sympatiques. Le top, sur une île splendide et sauvage. Par contre, evitez le restaurant Casa Pipo à Playa Los Cancajos, ce resto est nul !!!!

Apartamento grandísimo, bien distribuído, cómodo y limpio con un Baño grande. Apartamento dando a la montaña muy tranquilo.

Dichtbij vliegveld, zee en Santa Cruz. Mooi opgezet appartementencomplex. Ons appartement 'Tenerife 106' heeft een mooi uitzicht op zee. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Muy bien la piscina. Buena relación calidad precio y la ubicación.

Falta una doble cortina en la habitación para que no moleste el sol. Las almohadas en mal estado. Faltan cosas en la cocina para poder hacer de comer.
