Quiet comfort resting-place, it is desirable to return there over and over, in addition in a hotel quality and inexpensive feed, friendly personnel

I liked everything

The location is really quiet compared to playa de las Americas. The best black beach on Tenerife is 7 min walk. The room is very spacious. Staff is friendly. Internet works fine in the reception area.

It is a great place for spending holidays in very beautiful place near the ocean and big rocks Los Gigantes. Everything was good, the staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. The apartment were big and matched the foto at the website booking.com.

The apartment was big (2 small bedrooms + 1 big bedroom + another room + a small kitchen). The swimming pool - not very big, but great for the kids. The view from the balcony. The price. Very clean. Free parking place near the hotel.

Off season, Puerto de Santiago is dead. But we had a car... Not so close to the beach (10 minutes walking, I think).

Good report quality - price. Good panorama, if you are above the 2nd floor. Good position, next to nice "tascas" and restaurants.

The location is perfect as almost all rooms have exclent ocean view! This view is not on the beach but on wild ocean with waves and rocks! The bus stop is in 15 mitres from the hotel - so you can go whereever you want and plan your vacations

Convenient to the beach and surrounding area. Ideal for our needs of our first visit to Tenerife

It would have been nice to have basic washing-up things (tea towel, washing-up liquid, sponge/dish cloth).

Each day our apartment was cleaned and when needed clean towels provided

No English language TV

The views were to die for, overlooking the ocean. Our boiler broke they were very quick to replace it.

On arrival, we were left to find our own room on the 5th floor with no help with cases, the poolside bar was only opened at 3pm! An some days not opened at all! But staff put up notices to say No food or drinks to be consumed unless purchased from bar?? The staff were very surly and not friendly except one! We ate one night at restaraunt, at 8.10pm(closes 9.30pm) the food was cold to luke warm with poor choices. The apartment was not very clean, the bedding not changed at all, towels changed once because I put them on the floor.

Good value for money. Accommodation was spacious (1 bedroom apartment for 2 people). Well located - close to beach and restaurants/bars. Quiet location.

There were no English speaking channels on the TV. Inventory basic - no toaster or electric kettle although latter provide on request. Bath was very slippery (suffered a fall) but rubber mat provided on request.

Very nice hotel with delicious food. Big rooms, view to the ocean and islands. Near the Los Gigantes.

We were there in january, so in the pool was cold water.

We (me and my girlfriend) stayed at Los Dragos hotel for 11 days. We travveled with aim just to be lazy, so this hotel 100% allowed to do that. :) Hotel was excellent! It's located in peaceful town Puerto de Satiago, near beach Playa La Arena, where we went to swim and enjoy great waves almoust every day. Comparing to Las Americas or Los Cristianos, this is very peaceful town, and in night there's no activity on streets, what we appriciate much - we can relax without much noise and parties around. Hotel's staff is very friendly, also at your service 24h. Almoust every evening at lobby there was some show - we very much liked parrots show. Room was quiet although it was 1st floor - no sound from lobby or neighbours at all, and if you close balcony - also good sound insulation from street. Ocean view out of window and balcony. Appartment was spacy - big studio type room with seperate bedroom. All dishes were available and cleaning of room almost every day. With food there's no problems - at 1 min walk from hotel there's foodstore, if you prefer to make meal yourself. Near hotel there also are couple of good restaurants, including hotel's restaurant. I also liked that room was non-smoking.

In some days in rush hours with balcony open there was noise & smell form cars. I think in upper floors (from 3rd floor) there's no such problems.

We liked the aspect of the hotel, almost every room faced the sea and the sun, and the selection and standard of food at dinner was always very good,

The T.V. selection was poor. 5 channels mostly German, not even bbc News 24.

Room smelled like smoke even though it was nonsmoking Booked a double room but the double room was only two twin beds pushed together Cleaning staff didn't clean, just moved all of our personal things around

1. The jcuzi was not working 2. Variety of food at breakfast 3. The quality of soft drinks at breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A basic hotel in a great location, exactly what we expected and wanted. The views from our balcony were fantastic. The cooking facilities (a two ring hob and small microwave but no oven) were adequate for us as we had planned to eat out in the evenings. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment which was perfect for us. However, it would have been very cramped for six adults or for a family with older children (two of the bedrooms are really only partitioned areas). The main bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage space. I really liked the pool and sunbed area, small but very pleasant. The staff were always friendly and polite and appreciated our attempts to speak Spanish. I would definitely stay here again!
