Location, staffs are nice and polite, very nice hotel compare to the rate,

nothing as such

Small, quiet hotel, 5-7 minutes rathe comfortable walk to the beach by the privet hoses and across narrow road. Cleaning the rooms approximately once in three days, bedsheets were changed 3 times in 2 weeks. We liked our stay very much, the kitchen is well-equiped, microwave, kitchen range with two rings, all the dishes and so on. The main visitors are families with children (including Russians) and English-Swedish-Deitch tourists of appr. 50.

Problems with electricity - it was switched off several times a day, but not for a long time. There were ants at the balcony, but personal took steps to fight against.

Excellent value for money. Hotel staff was very friendly. We had a very calm room with a balcony in the shadows of the trees. It was very calm and fresh (we didn't used air conditioner in September at all). But it should be less private and calm if you have a poolside room.

You should be aware that it will take 5-7 minutes walking to the beach. We knew that, so it was not a problem for us. In July-August this can be an issue, especially if you're traveling with young children. Don't go to a 'free dinner' organized on Thursdays. There's nothing to eat there.

Large room

Lack of kitchen devices ( even no kettle). The hotel buildings are very close to each other-so you can easily see everything is gooing on in opposit rooms. The food in restaurant is disgusting. We had no meal, but twice ordered to the room from the restaurant. Many ants in the kitchen, but at the reception you can get spray

A very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with nice friendly staff. Good location - a few minutes from the sea, and not in a crowded street. Parking place is available nearby. Restaurants are under the same roof, and a supermarket is just next door. We had a studio in the reception building. The room is simple, but very clean. Very good beds with good matresses, and I adore those long pillows! The kitchen corner has all you need for self-catering. We only had to bring our own kitchen towel, sponges and liquid soap. The safe-box is available at an extra charge. The towels were clean and good. Lots of channels on TV (too few in English, though). The air-con worked fine. The terrace was very big, and for our room it really was half of the roof - great for morning yoga, and nice for sitting in the evenings with a glass of wine.

Only some minor things. E.g., no lamps at the bed-head, and a lamp above the tv-set - why? Only a small piece of soap and two tiny bags of shampoo at check-in, and that's it. Adding some soap would be nice. The safe-box is closed with a key, too big for keeping in pockets or in the wallet. A code-lock would be better. Another point is that there were couple of days when the maid didn't clean the room, so we were lucky not to have put the towels on the floor. I suggest the guest pay no attention to the notice concerning towels, they will exchange them anyway. All the rest was great.

We really like Aparthotel Elisa. I and my kids have visited Elisa 4 times now, and we have had the greatest times there, and we will most likely go back there again next year. The place is not too big which makes it the ideal holiday spot traveling with kids coz you can always see where they are at. The apartments are nice and clean with a great balcony. The beach is a short walk away about 400 meters. The staff is just the greatest and very friendly. Elisa is a nice "home away from home" during summer :) The restaurant offers good food for a reasonable price. You also get treated to a free buffée "Mallorcan" style, which is really nice. During lunch you can order the daily special at the pool-bar along with nicely priced drinks, coctails coffee etc.

WiFi connection was not good, especially in evening hours

Very friendly staff, with a great sense of humour. Clean, cosy, original architecture: with an inside garden in an open space with the stairs and platforms. Quiet neighbourhood, quiet rooms at the side of the lake. Good value for money. Well equipped kitchen. Renewed bathroom.

We booked in january for a stay in may, 2 appartments for 4 persons per couple (group of 4), but still we received a studio. I was aware that this could happen since I had read the same situation in a review. We went to the reception but as the aparthotel was fully booked we got a financial arrangement which we appreciate, though for a 10 night stay I still preferred to stay in an appartment (more space). The whole hotel clientele was invited for a free dinner on thursday but the quality was average. The cooking plates in the kitchen need renovation. The swmming pool was rather small.

God service på et meget billigt hotel

Gezellig appartement, mooi zwembad. Tegenstelling tot vorige gasten vonden wij het restaurant zeer goed, maar wij aten alla-carte, niet het all in eten. Locatie is eigenlijk best goed, rustig en mooi strand. maar voor een leuk stadje moet je met de auto of bus.

Internet is traag of werkt helemaal niet.

Television solo en idioma aleman

De studio was prima, kamer met bed, keukentje en goede badkamer. Zitje op dakterras (heel groot) is prima. Geen groen en niet super gezellig maar genoeg ruimte. Studio's liggen in gebouw tegenover het nieuwere gebouw met apartementen waar het zwembad is. Restaurant is zeer goed. Periode verblijf Oktober. Heel rustig want einde seizoen.

hellhörig wie allerdings bis jetzt jedes Hotel, das wir in Spanien hatten

Bardzo przyjemne apartamenty - basen, bardzo dobrze działające wi-fi, niedaleko do plazy.

No tiene que ver con el hotel en particular, pero la zona está plagada de mosquitos y seguro que en verano no se puede estar...

Non sapevo se la pulizia della camera veniva fatta ogni due giorni

В целом отель очень хороший. В номерах тишина (шумоизоляция хорошая). На мини кухне есть всё необходимое (кроме духовки). Расположение - до пляжа минуты 3 пешком. Рядом через дорогу небольшой супермаркет. За более дешевыми ценами можно поехать в Меркадону (г. Алькудия), ехать минут 5-10. Вокруг отеля озеро с утками. При въезде дали купон на один бесплатный ужин - приятно, правда ассортимент шведского стола там относительно скудноват.

Как таковых минусов не обнаружено, разве что WiFi плоховато ловил, особенно на балконе (жили в номере 124, он в самом конце здания, может из-за этого).

Todo, al lado de la playa y muchos comercios. Cocina con muchos enseres para preparar la comida apropiadamente. Instalaciones fantásticas: todo nuevo, camas cómodas, una terracita genial, piscina y zona de ocio con ping-pong, tumbonas, etc. Que no pude disfrutar porque me cogió lluvia :( Excelente personal, nos atendió una chica, Victoria, y era super simpática.

La zona es principalmente para Alemanes, todo alrededor (incluso la prensa) es para alemanes. La tele estaba programada con canales alemanes y estábamos un poco frustrados. Al día siguiente, teníamos que pasar por recepción y ya de paso pregunté lo de la tele. Entonces nos dijeron que sí, que se podía poner con la programación española presionando una serie de botones.... Si no llego a preguntar no me entero. No sé porque no informan al hacer la entrada al hotel.

Lagom stort hotell på två plan. Lägenheten var rymlig och hade rejäl balkong ut mot gården, där det var mysigt att sitta på kvällen och se den upplysta swimmingpoolen. (Lägenheterna på andra sidan hade inte lika fin utsikt) Ingen störande trafik, väldigt lugnt område. Restaurangen hade fin mat på kvällen med lite musikunderhållning ca varannan kväll. Bra frukostbuffé förutom äggröran som inte var varm. Men även restaurangen jämte hotellet hade god mat, trevlig personal och fina uppträdanden. Vårt kylskåp gick sönder, men det fick vi utbytt mot ett "splirrans" nytt samma dag.

Tyvärr lite för hårda sängar - ont i ryggen efter några nätter, så jag använde extramadrassen som fanns i soffan, sen sov jag gott! Den kalla äggröran på frukosten.

Habitacion con equipamiento de apartamento y terraza. Muy completo y situado al norte de la isla. Con una piscina muy agradable. Si no hubiese sido porque estabamos recorriendo la isla y ya teniamos cogido el alojamiento del dia siquiente nos habriamos quedado algun dia mas. Nuestra estancia ha sido a principios de octubre y el lugar era tranquilo.

Хороший, не дорогой ресторанчик, с прекрасным персоналом. Отличная уборка номеров. Номера скромные, но все необходимое есть. Близость к озеру создает прохладу даже днем в самый зной.Приятный апарт для тихого отдыха, особенно для тех, кто с малышами.

Матрасы жесткие. Проблемы с электричеством, свет несколько раз выключался на час, примерно, но это быстро устраняли.
