Nice compact apartment with everything we needed.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and fully supplied kitchen. The room was cleaned daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

location is close to underground, close to most city attractions, qiuet neighbourhood. supermarket 50 meters. we were given free wifi

Hot water lasts 4 minutes before the water turns cold, than you have to wait 20 minutes for the boiler to give you some more warm water again. Staff are aware of the problem but think it is an acceptable situation. Bathroom in general is disgusting.

-GINORMOUS room for European standard -an actual bathroom with sit-in bath tub -Clean, sturdy furnitures -Great pastry/coffee shop across the street -tons of grocery stores (2 doors down) around if you want to save money and cook a meal or simply have a fridge for leftover. -helpful, English speaking front desk -free luggage storage -close to intercity bus station and metro stations (red and dark purple lines) -pretty quiet from street noise but may hear neighbors moving furniture, ie. table/chairs (not footsteps or conversation though) - definitely better than most US hotels

Mm... if I really have to complain, it would be the wifi. They have wifi but the signal was weak on the first day of arrival. The front desk was nice enough to tell me before he just charge me for it. The wifi was fine on the second day.

Very spacious for Barcelona City. Friendly and helpful staff. On-site underground car park - we got around 50% off - for Barcelona that is a big DEAL. Kitchen and living room unexpected and well provisioned.

- Very large apartment. - Close to city center about 10 min. walk. - 4 min walk to metro station - Close Arc de triumph and Barcelona Zoo. - 2 large super markets across the street. - 2 Bakeries shop across the street for breakfast. - Apartment cleaned everyday. - Apartments has large kitchen (microwave-Dishwasher-kettle...etc)

- Our room was in floor E with no view. - Some stains exists on the bedding sheets. - Bed in the small room produce some screech sound.

Good location. (Not at a center but quiet and good traffic for bus trip - Nord Bus Station) Clean room and nice staffs. There is a supermarket right next to the apart and it is easy to cook in the room. You can have breakfasts right across the road.

You have to take a shower withing 3 minutes. If not, you will have to take a shower with cold water. I am really satisfied with all the rest services but this makes me think if I want to stay again here..Well, I am not decided yet because the other conditions are good enough. Maybe not at winter..

All perfect. Great comfort in the room. Very close to the bus station.

Hotel is in very good localization, near to 2 metro stop, walking distance to Familia Sagrada, Park de la Ciutadella, Placa Catalunya, La Rambla and the sea with beach. 10 meters from hotel you can find 2 bigger supermarket Condis and Mercadona. There is bakery where you can drink coffe and lots of tapas small restaurant. Apartment is in very good condition and good size, comfortable liviving room and kitchen equiped with microwave, electric pot, and kitchenetes to make food by yourself, clean, air condition working as a good heating. Staff very friendly and helpfull, apartament cleaning every day, towels change on request.

Location perfect, staff helpfull and charming

Very convenient location- 12-15 mins walking to placa Cataliniya, near metro station, 3 mins walking to Nord bus station where buses from Girona airports arrive. Very spacy and clean appartment, kitchen is equipped with everything you could need- wicrowave, stove, dishwasher, pans, lots of plates, tableware ect. Lots of shelves, wardrobes- very convenient is your have lot of stuff with you. Staff is nice and helpful. Bakery and 2 supermarkets just on the other side of the street, 1 min walk from the hotel. Perfect value for money, actually its the best one in my whole travelling experience. Most probably will stay in this hotel next time.

Well situated for all needs, comfy beds, clean and modern, helpful friendly staff.

Could do with a kettle in the kitchen and an ironing board.

Great to have the space of the apartment rather than being stuck in a hotel room for 5 nights. It was clean and simple.

Spacious apartment; Well equipped; Friendly English-speaking staff. Good Location - just a few minutes walk from Metro Station (Arc de Triomph); Walk-able distance (15 min) from Placa Catalunya, Sagrada Familia & Casa Batllo. Many supermarkets & cafes nearby. Nice locality. Great value for money.

Nothing in particular, though the following issues could be addressed: * Towels could be cleaner & newer. * Sofa in the living room was neither clean nor in good condition. * Apartment is not sound-proof as advertised; sound from other apartments could be easily heard. Our sleep was disturbed every morning during our stay.

Spacious rooms. Good Value. We wanted a kitchen which it had but there is nothing but a few dishes and pans so we had to buy salt/pepper/sugar. We stayed there 2 different times this trip and had #204 the 1st which was a good room. Put off a bit by terrace onto a big closed courtyard but it ended up being great. Real city living but quieter than in the front. 15-20min walk to Plaza Catalyuna. We would recommend it!

Size of the apartment , condition of the decor , quality furniture , nice bathroom and kitchen .Good cleaning service ,clean towels

No british stations on the tv , no dvd player , No welcome pack, milk and bread etc - shops closed on a sunday when arrived , no ironing board . the apartments on the front side next to the road can be noisy with traffic , choose one on the back

Can't praise this hotel enough, it was amazing! The hotel was extremely clean, cleaned everyday and sheets changed which was fantastic! The size of the apartment was huge! Compared to similar priced hotels where you just get a room. The staff were helpful. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything and a supermarket was really close by. It was a fantastic place to stay for a city break, would definitely come and stay again.

Nothing really, apart from the room did get a bit hot but I think that was because I couldnt work the air con properly. Also, in our bedroom it did get quite loud from the noise in the gap between apartments (from our bedroom window), lots of banging and shouting, not sure if it was the maids? But wasn't really a problem, slept well.

It was centrally situated and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was serviced every day and was clean.

We were in an apartment facing an inner courtyard which made it quite dark and stuffy (although the air conditioning/heating was very good). Also it was noisy in the early mornings with loud talking (from staff??) coming up through the courtyard and also with what seemed like plumbing noises which could be very loud. The kitchen was not very well equipped although we did manage to do some basic food preparation. An egg lifter would have been helpful - one which could be used with the teflon frying pan that was provided. A dish towel in the kitchen would also be useful. One of the beds squeaked loudly every time you moved which did not make for a very restful night's sleep.
