This is not in Casares, the white hilltown. This is in Casares Costa, a mile from the beach and close to the Finca Cortesin luxury hotel and golf resort. It is a new property, very clean and the aparment was very roomy. You have to have a car and it is in a residential area with other new apartment/condo developments surounding it.

The apartment was great, the terrace/balcony has wonderful views and was very comfortable to sit and relax. The pool area was also very comfortable and enjoyable. The larger shower tended to leak onto the bathroom floor and we had to place a towel down to prevent a flood. Also, the bedding was very thin as were the pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, knives, cutlery and every utensil you could ever need. Overall, 9/10

A beautiful little town with white "sugarcube"houses.
A beautiful little town with white "sugarcube"houses. Few, but good restaurants in the square of the town, we did like the restaurant/bar Los Claveles very good! Nice trip up to the castle, with beautiful views! It is steep hills/streets in the town, so it is necessary to have a normal good condition.

The Casares del Sol development is approx 1 kilometre from the lovely beach bar. You can walk it easily along a path downhill - but remember it's uphill on the way back! There is a car park too, if necessary. From the beach bar we walked along the promenade to Puerto Dequesa, which was very pleasant, passing many cafes and beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wished we had booked for longer.

Eating houses are varied and excellent especially in Estepona, Duquesa and Sabinillas.
To make the most of your holiday, a hire car is essential.
We particularly like the Casares area as its very relaxing which is what we were looking for.
If you are looking for entertainment, then that is also catered for as the bars stay open late on especially in Duquesa which is a lovely Port.

Great wee oart if the Costa del Sol.
Great wee oart if the Costa del Sol. Very quiet and family oriented, the beaches are seldom packed. Plenty of space to move about. Big focus on golf, but that's not really my thing. The antithesis of package resort holidays. Love it.
Even with late notification by us about diet needs the breakfast was EXCELLENT. Lots of fresh fruit, avocado, tomato and lots of choice of preserves to have with the toast. Cereals available. Wonderful coffee We were welcomed into the beautiful lounge with a roaring wood burner and immediately offered a choice of drinks. The bedroom had a large roof terrace with stunning views of Casares. We highly recommend this wonderful B&B. It was far too cold to try the pool which is shared by the small urbanisation
Cosy and homely property.
Beautifully furnished with quirky retro touches.
Really well equipped kitchen.
Huge bath with plenty of hot water.
Stunning views of Casares and the countryside beyond from massive windows.
Easy free parking very close by.
Felt really at home and could have stayed for much longer.
Violeta was a great host, she went out of her way to accommodate an early check in and kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything.
Would happily recommend and return.
We absolutely loved our stay - in particular the jacuzzi, swimming pool, beach just outside the complex and the long walks along the beautiful promenade. The views are just perfect and the restaurants are in a walking distance. The location is perfect if you are planning to travel around and visit e.g. Gibraltar, Ronda, Cadiz, Malaga.
We loved this apartment and the entire complex and are definitely planning to come back.
Nice little apartment, great host, Out in the campo about 10 mins drive to Casares, 15-20 mins to the coast, and 20 mins to Gaucin, so good for me. Small kitchen, but with everything I needed for a week. Didn't realise that there's also a much larger apartment downstairs and only slightly more expensive if available.
I was working online all week and the wifi was perfect.
Totally recommend and would stay again.
The best views from the little balcony in the middle of a picturesque pueblo blanco. The house is very well equipped, and Madalina knows the area inside out, she helped us so much and recommended lovely local food and wines. We fell in love with Casares and will be back.
very nice and helpful owners. good tips for hikes in the area. breakfast was delicious, incomparable to other b&b’s/hotels. good location near nice village. property well maintained, clean and everything you need is available. would definitely return when in the area.
The view over the town of Casares and the landscape below is really breathtaking. The balcony was great to enjoy these views with a glass of wine.
The town center is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment itself is spacious and well-equiped.
Nicely set up room with a small balcony with great views. Breakfast was just bread, jams, coffee, etc but was pretty decent. There really aren't many hotel options in Casares for some reason so this was the only budget option we saw for our dates.
Beautiful view in a cosy little hotel. Rustic interior and tasty breakfast. The hostess was very kind and we had a fantastic experience.
Excellent value for money!
