Friendly staff, with good explanation of where to go and where what to find. excellent located easy to reach from airport perfect for visiting the city Enough plates and cups and good cooking pots.

Very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom washbasin tap has problems. Needs rectification.

Everything was available in the appartement with 4 beds (2 bedrooms). We stayed 4 days. There were lots of towels available, so don't worry about that! Also everything that you need in the kitchen. Nice that the bedrooms could be closed with real doors! And we heard absolutely no traffic outside, since our appartement was at the backside of the building. Amazingly quite! We recommend that when you arrive by car, you reserve a parking space underneath the building. Parking in the neighborhood is a disaster!

The smell of the refrigerator was rather bad... And the sofa to watch television was only for 2-3 people. But compared to all the postitiv things not really a problem.

Comfortable and quiet. Close to metro station, super markets and pharmacies. Very clean and the reception person explained everything to us (what to do, which places to visit etc).

Just a bit more expensive to what I was expecting.

The self check in machine is very easy to use.

A little bit noisy at night. We 4 girls stay in an apartment and there is not a big mirror.

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower in evenings.

Good quiet location, short walk to metro and a main railway station (sants) staff very friendly and helpful, very well equipped kitchen. Several small to medium sized supermarkets and some good authentic restaurants round the corner. excellent park to the rear and art gallery/Olympic park. Would Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time staying in Apartment Eixample . It was situated about 100 meters from the nearest metro station and only a few stops from the main square and only about 20 minutes walk to the magic fountain .We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and was also very quiet in the day and night time .The apartment was very spacious and clean. We also had a very warm welcome when we arrived. Would recommend to family and friends.

Everything was great! My personal favorite out of 4 other apartments I previously visited. Staff was professional, rooms were clean, and contained all amenities to sustain you for a trip. Close to the metro and the main Barcelona train station (this can take you to the airport, out of town etc.).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). Metro station for the line that goes to most of the main tourist attractions is very close and other sites are within easy walking distance anyway. We were very pleased with our decision to book this apartment and would recommend it.

The area is generally quiet and peaceful and the only, very minor, negative aspect we encountered was that we were once or twice disturbed during the night by waste disposal lorries or emergency vehicles with sirens nearby; this is clearly not related to the apartment and could happen anywhere in the city anyway so should not discourage you from booking.

The apartment was spacious and close to L3 tube station which gave quick access to Ramblas. Supermarket and very good Patisserie less than 100m and a great tapas restaurant called Cafe De Galiza on thevsame block.

Nothing it was good value for money.

The apartment was clean, well stocked with all that we needed. Everything worked. The staff were great.

No Hi-Fi It would have been nice to have a device to play some music on like a simple hi fi with Ipod dock our aux input.

Location and spaciousness of apartment. They provided maps and metro information . Plaza espanya was walking distance and fruitstand in the same block.

Did not Translate their notes to guests into additional languages.

the apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable with all of the amenities we wanted. Very close and convenient to the metro and a great little bar/restaurant (Tatara?)right at the metro entrance (say hi to Mario, the owner). Highly recommended

Staff was very nice, cooperative and responsive. location was not great but since located very near to the Metro it is pretty convenient to go anywhere.

No Breakfast , No restaurant....My Bedroom had curtains only net so in the morning there was no way to stop the sunlight. Little noise of the traffic in the bedroom made me a little un comfortable in the night.

Great place! Clean, luxury, comfortable rooms, very well furnished kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. You have everything for a perfect vacation.We will definitely come again!
