the apartment is very clean and is in a peaceful neighborhood, but very near from the city centre and a few steps to the Sainta Familia. We like the kitchen and a living room, is perfect for family or friends!

Too hot in summer, very small, bad price/quality ratio, hard to communicate with the staff responsible, no receipt, without reimbursement, is not recommended. Contraté un studio por 8 noches a 85€ por noche, para mi sorpresa dado el precio no tenía aire acondicionado solo una pequeña ventana interna y un pequeño ventilador. Llegue a Barcelona a fines de junio de 2012, a una pequeña habitación en un segundo piso por escalera y el lugar estaba tan caliente que era imposible dormir allí. Tuve que irme a dormir a un hotel tres estrellas el cual por un menor costo tenía aire acondicionado y frigobar. Al día siguiente devolví las llaves pero no pude recuperar nada de mi dinero, políticas de cancelación dijo Silvia (quien no respondía a los reiterados llamados a su tel). A mi entender cancelar por no poder viajar es una cosa y cancelar por ser insatisfactorio el lugar es otra muy distinta, me cobro hasta la limpieza cuando no use el dpto. Por otra parte era muy pequeño, no había lugar donde apoyar la ropa, un pequeño placard ocupado con abrigos de cama y una estufa!!). El pequeño baño tenía por ventana un agujero. Silvia tampoco me entregó factura alguna habiéndola solicitado previamente por internet. La peor experiencia de mi vida y la más cara.

Fully furnished and clean. Good for those who want quick access to the city center.

Die wichtigsten Details haben in der Beschreibung gefehlt: Etage, Zimmereinordnung und vor allem die Unmöglichkeit, ein Fahrzeug vernünftig abzustellen.

Le manque de confort Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout. Même pas un torchon pour la vaisselle.

Posizione eccellente (in calle Asturies 87), nel cuore di Gracia in zona pedonale. Ben insonorizzato con doppi vetri. Appartamento pulito e confortevole, con soggiorno con cucina a vista sufficientemente grande, camera separata, bagno grande anche se senza finestra. Nel complesso molto bene.

Al momento della prima prenotazione non era chiaro l'indirizzo finale, che infatti poi è diverso da quello sulla mappa di booking - comunque era migliore e quindi va bene così. Nell'appartamento solo alcune piccole imperfezioni - mancava il phon e il forno non era chiaro se funzionasse o meno, ma c'era comunque il microonde.

Останавливались в апартаментах в 2-мя спальнями для 4-х взрослых Удобное расположение (одна остановка на метро до Саграда Фамилия), пешком до пл. Каталонии - 15 минут. Апартаменты очень просторные. Во всем - стиль Икея: просто и светло. Для готовки, стирки, уборки есть все, что нужно. Гостиная и кухня - разные помещения, в гостиной можно расположиться на диване еще 2-м людям. Район очень спокойный, рядом супермаркеты и кафе. Метро - 5 минут пешком.

Квартира находится на 1-м этаже, на уровне тротуара, с улицы попадаешь сразу в гостиную. Окон фактически нет. 2 единственных окна закрашены краской, если их открыть, окажешься нос к носу с прохожими. Слышимость очень сильная. Владельцы просят залог 200 евро, который возвращают при отъезде. На букинге есть информация о том, что в апартах есть экскурсионное бюро и прокат велосипедов. Это неправда. Это просто частная квартира, с владельцами нужно созваниваться, чтобы получить и сдать ключи. Впервые в Испании с нас взяли 45 евро за финальную уборку (эти деньги берут при заселении и оплата обязательная).

Uns hat die Lage des Appartementes gefallen. Man hat eine gute Metroanbindung und in der direkten Nähe findet man kleine Geschäfte und Lokale. Das Appartement liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße, man wohnt direkt zwischen den Einheimischen. Unser Appartement sah genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern im Internet.

Silvia e' stata eccezionale, ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Lo consiglio per la vicinanza al centro e tranquillità della zona.

Está bien situado en una zona tranquila, bien comunicado con metro, cerca del centro y de la estación de tren.

No tienen jabón, secador de pelo

sin calefacción en el baño, sin estantería en la ducha y sin secador. extra de 45 euros para limpieza en letra pequeña algo escondido

Bien situado aunque en una zona ruidosa de noche en verano (imprescindibles tapones).

Sin jabón, secador de pelo ni casi papel higiénico, no lo recomiendo para estancias cortas.

Le quartier est agréable, calme, aéré, tout en étant proche du centre touristique et des sites à visiter.

L'appartement était très sombre en rez de chaussée, peu de fenêtres, impression d'être dans un garage tout en longueur. Aucune intimité dans les chambres dont les fenêtres sont de simples ouvertures sur le couloir, sans vitrage. Donc très peu de luminosité également. Pas de véritable porte pour les toilettes (un accordéon coulissant). La cuisine est tout à fait sous équipée : aucun plat (donc impossibilité d'utiliser le four), pas d'ustensiles : cuillère en bois, épluche légume, tire- bouchon, ouvre-boîte..., Vaisselle minimum, insuffisante pour 4 personnes, aucun bol, quelques tasses seulement, pas de verres à vin, un seul torchon... Les rangements sont insuffisants : aucune étagère pour poser sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain, des penderies pas pas d'étagères dans les chambres pour les vêtements. Une impression de camper dans un appartement, difficile de s'installer.

The place is very convenient and safe,supermarkt,cafe,metro station verdauger just few mins away from apartment,there has hairdryer now but no tissue or tiolet paper,reception is also nice ,if have wirless would be 100% perfect.

situé dans un quartier populaire et où on trouve un vraie vie de quartier avec petites échoppes,marché couvert (aussi sympa que la boqueria et sans touristes)metro ,passeig gracia tout proche ainsi que la SAGRADA à pieds en 10 mn.Nous avons trouvé au bout de la rue un garage pour notre voiture(20€/24h)et sûr.C'était agréable de sortir sans être aussitôt dans le flot des touristes.

Etant situé dans une rue étroite et au rez-de-chaussée l'appartement était sombre.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeglicher Hinsicht. Die Unterkunft war ausreichend ausgestatten, sauber und ideal gelegen.

Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig, was jedoch für spanische Verhältnisse nicht untypisch zu sein scheint...

Very nice clean , tidy appartment, good area with all the aminities close by. Also cafes ,dining places and local friendly shops and people nearby. Would stay there again when i go to Barcelona.

Appartement war nicht zu beheizen, was sich Ende Februar negativ auf die Stimmung auswirkt. Der vorhandene "Mini-Heizlüfter" genügt zur leichten Erwärmung zweier nicht zu großer Hände. Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Wenn man schon für die Reinigung bezahlt, sollte man auch sauberes Geschirr und Besteck antreffen, das war bei unserem Besuch nicht der fall..

Appartamento molto modesto ad un prezzo troppo elevato per la qualità della struttura. Le camere (2) ed il bagno senza finestre. Mobilio di risulta. Bagno con solo I servizi sanitari e senza alcun accessorio. Il blocco cucina non del tutto pulito. Per questo motivo Silvia mi ha rimborsato il costo delle pulizie (45 euro) La disponibilità di Silvia non è sufficiente a valutare corretto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Es demasiado pequeño para dos personas. La cama está pegada a la mesa de comer y comer se vuelve incomodo. No hay aire acondicionado y no es ventilado. Hay sólo dos ventanas : una que da a un edificio a 10m de distancia y la otra del baño es de 20x20cm. No hay Internet.
