Their attempt to resolve issues quickly - but too little too late.

When we arrived the entrance to the apartment was in the middle of being renovated and the stairs in were in total disrepair. This caused one of our group to cut her toe open and she ended up in hospital that evening! When we arrived in the apartment itself it was far from the beautiful apartment advertised and was old and a bit dingy. The blankets for each bed were all stained. When I advised the guy this was not the apartment we booked he was dismissive and clearly knew this was a common reaction. I complained about the step also and he could not even provide a first aid box. Less than impressed and will not use them again. There should be rules against the false advertising of apartments on!!

Manager and stuff deal well with missing elevator in the house. We traveled with disabled person. They moved us to another hotel to accodomate our needs and they were helping us . Otherwise the Miro apartments are nice and worth to stay.At least the one on 4th floor where we were.

Parking is big problem, i guess in alll Barcelone . The hotel should inform hosts about status of their construkcion.

The beds! Really comfortable and big, the double was so wide that we fit our baby boy and our 3 year old girl in with us, and we were able to still find place to sleep (she did not want to use the other bedroom's beds and sleep alone, there was plenty of space for all of us). I also liked the size of the living-room. The flat was nicely decorated and though in a very noisy area, it was still silent inside (if you do not open the street windows...).

The building is undergoing renovations, but we weren't informed when booking! There was no lift working, so we had to go up and down 2 1/2 floors by some very narrow and not always clean stairs while passing the construction area, which meant dust all around, even in the floor of the flat on arrival! We were offer to leave our stroller at the construction are downstairs, but we did not dare to (dust, dust all around), which meant carrying it up and down with us, our baby and our stuff every time we were going out. Other small annoyances for a family like ours: * a poorly designed and equipped kitchen. It lacked a microwave, though when we provided one on request we were "explained" that since there was not space in the kitchen, they had decided not to provide one initially. The kitchen also lacked a proper espresso coffee maker, a working water-heater, and it had many other broken or not taken care of items (cups missing handles or glasses with broken edges, etc.)... * a glass table in the living-room just at the height of our 3 year-old daughter's head. * As mentioned, the floor was not as clean as we expected: there was enough dust to make it unpractical to take off our shoes and walk barefooted or with our socks as we normally do at home (and even more so with every day we stayed).

First of all, no one warned that there is happaning a huge reconstruction in the building, including installation of elevator. The entrance of building was terrible.Everything in apartment was covered with dust, one day we just found a note on our table that there will be no electricity, every morning we woke up with construction noises and smell of cigarets(I supose the builders were smoking and everything just went into our apartment as a door was not very convincing.) There was also a cleaning in building from 2.30 am till 4.30 am when a cleander just hit every doors(don't ask me for what reason). Finally we came home one day and found out that the door of our apartment was open(I quess cleaner did't close it), fortunately nothing was missing but it is realy a fortune because as there is a reconstruction in building everyone can just come into it. If I remember correctly- everything will continue till September of 2014, so be prepared!

We could leave our luggage there for some hours after the C/O.

No windows in the apartment except 1 room, tea cups broken, kettle broken, renovation work in the whole building causing noise, no elevator, the owner lives in another place and needs time to come for C/I and C/O

    close to the L3 And L5 subway.离L3 走路5分钟L5三分钟,店主很热心网络超好。

They are renovate now, So there is no lift。if you have big luggage, may be you should take it to the 4th floor by yourself.在装修,看着外边挺破,没有电梯,没啥行李的可以考虑

great location, the apartment wasn't like in the pictures but it was newly redecorated, quite big rooms

no elevator, but for us was fine because we booked an apartment located at the first floor, no heating(it was only an ac device in the living room)

we stayed there for a long weekend to enjoy Barcelona with my big family of 4 child. The location is perfect, from Sans Estació 10 minutes walking distance and 30 minutes to any turist location or 5 minutes to Metro station. The apartment is very new and with the two rooms, big livingroom and good enough kitchen

The portal is very old and the area is residencial but too noisy.
