Heaps of space. A very nice man welcomed us at reception on our first evening - very friendly , made us feel very welcome - a really important and valuable asset

Kitchen utensils were a bit basic - no toaster, cheap cutlery and crockery etc. We mainly used the kitchen for cups of tea - it would have been a bit of struggle to cook ......

The location of the apartments was excelllent, they were spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful, definitely return to them.

Loved the apartment. It was huge and well planned. Facilities were great and modern. Very clean.

Floors were marbled- so could sometimes hear the upstairs chairs scraping. But was not a huge bother.

Location was excellent - just few minutes from the center of Barcelona by metro. Apartment was clean, large and comfortable. Very close to apartment were number of restaurants and stores. What else do you need if youa re coming to explore Barcelona! And all of this for reasonable price

Excellent apartment!! Could see the spires of La Sagrada Familia from our balcony. Easy subway connections. Staff very helpful. Very good value.

- No washing machine - no kettle - parking around is probably impossible (didn't try), payed garage under the building.

The Suites Marina was just 2 block away from the Gaudi Cathedral and 1 block from the metro subway. The location was fantastic. There were lots of restaurants close and the area was very lovely. Great place to stay and enjoy Barcelona. It was very modern, clean and comfortable with two separate bedrooms, living/dining, and kitchen. Personnel at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

Nothing it was just what I had in mind.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it. We had a two bedroom apartment that was quite big and had a separate kitchen. The location is very close to Sagrada Familia and about a 20 minute walk to the other main sights. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

The kitchen only had the basic equipment so cooking was a bit of a challenge.

Liked everything about this apartment. Really spacious and modern and great value for money. Can't recommend these apartments enough.

Slightly away from the centre but easily accessible by metro.

The "room" is indeed a whole apartment, with two bedrooms (double and single bed), bathroom, living room and a big kitchen with all appliances. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean enough (but not perfect). The position is excellent: right next to the Sagrada Familia (it can be seen from the balcony) and to the subway station. Restaurants and a supermarket are very close as well.

The wi-fi connection comes at a fee (4.40 Eur per day as of 2012). I couldn't get it to work on my android phone (and I got a full refund). The district is pretty crowded and loud too, with a lot of traffic from early in the morning to late in the night. Consider this if you have problems at sleeping with loud noise.

Nice, clean rooms (we had 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom), well equipped with air conditioning and a small tv with the minimum cable channels. Literally a 2 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia cathedral. Parking is easy as the hotel has an underground car park - you can come and go as may times as you like in 24 hours for €21.

One of my pet peeves - Internet not included in the price. In this day and age it's like having to pay extra for sheets on the bed. Also, the beds were so hard we woke up every day with stiff backs.

It took almost 45 minutes to check in. When we had got to our room the reception then called us back down twice during the evening as they had made mistakes. We only stayed two nights but it felt as though we spent a good part of it at reception. The kitchen was very poorly equipped- not even a kettle to make a cup of tea?!? There's better facilities in hotel rooms! The apartment was huge though and the kitchen and dining area were lovely although were useless as it was a struggle to use them with the lack of cooking utensils I would recommend this place as a place to stay if you are not looking to actually cook or want to make a hot drink
