Design and frendly staff

The staff were accommodating. Accessible by walking to Plaza Real & Gran Via. Room was clean. Bathroom was comfortable enough for 2 adults with 1 child.

Since it's a budget friendly apartment type of hotel, don't expect huge elevators.you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. There was a water treatment during the time we were there so water heater was not consistent.

there are A few steps when you first come into the entrance. street front kinda dirty and run down. no fault of there own.

Great location, photos on site are accurate, would recommend palace view suites as other side not the best of views. Breakfast was buffet style with cereals, fruit, toast, pastries, juices, choice of meats and cheeses, as well as scrambled egg and bacon, tea and coffee machine. Kitchenette was more than adequate for cooking simple meals with a twin hob, microwave, sink and kettle as well as the usual cutlery, plates and cups etc. The bathroom was lovely very well designed and the shower was great. The bedroom area was very big as was the bed and the decor was modern and clean. Only a short walk 5-10mins to all the action and sights. There are bus stops just outside the hotel and located between two metro stations plaza de espana and principle pio both 300m away the later has a lovely shopping mall with restaurants and a train station that goes to the airport terminal 4. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The best thing was the views of the royal palace from our room and the sun terrace they were fantastic.

The hotel was lovely. Really well decorated and very clean. Very nice for the price. The staff were fantastic and friendly too and helped us when we had no hot water or heating on our floor.

Great location, good sized rooms and helpful staff

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to print some documents from my iPad and the staff printed them for me after emailing to the hotel. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. Always nice to have an apartment rather than a hotel room.Great view of the Royal Palace from the apartments on the street side.

Good location to central Madrid, Palace and shopping areas, very close to Metro. Classic European city destination.

Excellent location within walking distance of central Madrid; very quiet room (7th floor at back of hotel, away from road); very comfortable apartment; excellent breakfast. Perfect in every way!

Almost nothing. The room was so quiet that we did hear (just) the lift going up and down, but in a normal hotel, with normal noise levels, you wouldn't hear this!

The reception staff were helpful, efficient and accommodating. The room suite was perfect for 3 adult friends on a weekend break. It is close to the Royal Palace and Jardines de Sabatini Gardens which was a lovely area to walk in. The facilities were well organised and if anything extra was required, the staff were able to efficiently provide it We were there for 3 nights and the room was cleaned daily. Would highly recommend as it allows you to have a mini-home away from home rather than just a 'hotel room'.

The building is a walk to the general area where most of the restaurants are so it is about a 110-15 min walk but if the weather is good - no problem. Taxis are available. Ideally the higher floors give a better view and if you are on the front of the building, at times there is an awareness of traffic noise but I would not say that this would put us off. Just an awareness.

The convenience of the kitchenette. There were a couple of small mini supermarkets close by and a supermarket in the centre commercial a few hundred yards down the road,a bit pricey but open every day until very late. Great views of the Royal Palace from the roof and nice walk through the Sabatini Gardens opposite to get to the main city centre plazas and attractions.

The hotel is easy for found: well visible sign.
