Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel is situated quite in the cetner with sightseeing and shopping areas around. The room is clean and very spacious.

The hotel is on the big street. If you are on the top floor, there is no noise. But if you are on the lower level then it might be quite noisy. Also, we booked a room with terrace, but it was a small balcony and it was impossible to spend couple of minutes on the balcony because of the noise from the street.

The hotel had friendly staff, and they changed my reservation from twin room to a double at my request without any hassle. The water pressure in the shower is great, which is so important after a long trip. The Palace Real is right opposite the hotel, and Gran Via is very close.

Some of the things in the bin weren't looked after as well as the others. The bin in the bathroom didn't work. The bin under the kitchen sink was difficult to use. Overall a little more tender love and care would make this hotel spotless.

The large apartment and the superb staff. Yurema check us in and there wasn't anything she could not do for us. Please let the management know what an exceptional employee she is.

Modern Style, very friendly staff, location, very clean comfortable room, we had to depart early in the morning so they arranged early breakfast for us.

The rooms are large and the facility is good, new and modern. Great view on the Royal Palace and the park from the 5th floor of the hotel.

Half of the floor is under the reconstruction, very cold and far from being home-like. Breakfast is very expensive and poor. I think it doesn't cost half of the money paid.

Very nice view on the "Jardines". Room are big, beds confortable. Cleaninf services efficient. Convinient location. Good internet service. Nice roof terrasse.

The caoting of the frying pan was complitely damaged and impossible to be used for cooking.

Good location and room was very spacious.

Central location. Able to be independent with info/help available from reception staff if we wanted but not too intrusive. Very comfortable large bed with 100% cotton bed linen. Very well appointed bathroom and small kitchenette available to make tea, make sandwiches, cook small meals if required. Good breakfast, wonderful view from solarium to palace. Excellent reception staff. We thought the hotel offered good value for money for city centre location.

Hotel situated on road that was a bit smelly. Bedrooms well appointed but public areas in need of very minor refurbishment e g repainting skirtings. More up to date literature on Madrid in library/book area would of been appreciated. Prior to departure, found hotel website difficult to access. Found more info re hotel and location via tripadvisor. Although hotel provided kitchenette, we could not find suitable supermarket to buy convenience food that we could warm up in microwave if needed. Perhaps we should of asked.

Amazing location, spotless comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. A perfect hotel which I would recommend to anyone. Worth the cost as I would consider it an upper class hotel.
