Value for money

I stayed here for four nights with my daughter, who was moving to Madrid for a year as a teaching assistant. The location of the hotel was ideal; very close to all the city's sights and facilities, but it was also a calm and peaceful haven to return to after a day spent apartment-hunting. I cannot fault this hotel, and hope to stay here again in future,
Smart, clean and modern hotel Very friendly and efficient staff
Noise of the lift arrival bell early in the morning.
Lovely facility with spacious and fully stocked suite, gracious staff, excellent view, good value.
Far from metro stops and central district, not easy to find.
Prime location for exploring.
I liked everything not considering the price. Nice staffs, a clean room.
The location is not that good to travelers who want to stay around downtown. yes, it is near the palace not downtown and a quite desolate path.
Breakfast and staff were helpful.
THe boiler made noise at some point in the night and that woke me up.
Almost everything. Great staff and excellent location for the money. Big rooms, modern facilities and clean. Kitchen is a nice feature if you want to cook or have tapas and drinks in your room. I always felt safe in the area and hotel security is really good. The rooftop view is incredible!
My particular room had a strange sewer gas smell that was annoying at times. Also, breakfast is a bit overpriced.
The hotel is right next to the Royal palace with great views. Also it is a short walk to Plaza De Sol, Mayor and Espena. The rooms come with a kitchen and very comfortable beds.
The hotel is hard to find because it is not on a central street. Also the hotel does not offer airport shuttle service as it states online. Another problem is that in room 361 the mini fridge was very load and made it difficult to sleep at night.
Wonderful customer service. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Marta gave us very good directions to get around the city. Pedro helped me make a reservation to El Botin which is the oldest restaurant in the world and hard to get in. The kitchen is a plus. We were able to cook breakfast.
The pillow were old and flimsy- not very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and willing to please. The gardens of the royal palace were only a block away. The beds were comfortable and the apartments were both spacious and clean. I highly recommend the Apartosuites.
The neighboring businesses around the hotel were not the same standard as the hotel.
I stayed for 3 days . Rooms were spacious. I had room with palace view . Rooms were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Terrace bar was good experience . Easy to reach tourist attractions.
All was good
Good service and location. Limited view unless on top floors.
Couldn't access terrace on roof just to sit and enjoy the view without ordering from restaurant/bar. A bit expensive.
Location Clean Breakfast Confort
Free wi fi , accommodating staff , good location , clean rooms
Nothing I can think off . I would definitely go back should I visit Madrid again
Friendly staff with eclent knowledge of area,
Staff assistance was exceptional. Helped out when we experienced difficulties with our outward travel.Location near royal palace and between two metro's was ideal. Large room; well fitted out with kitchen utensils.
Not much wrong here except shower drainage was poor.
It's a nice hotel with a beautiful terrace overlooking the palace. The room was a quite large suite. The breakfast was very good.
The location is not ideal, on the edge of the old city area. Much of the space in the suite is wasted with a cheap, uncomfortable table and chairs. The sofa was also not very comfortable for sitting.
The Hotel would be great for an extended stay thanks to the kitchenette provided in the room I stayed in. The hotel were extremely friendly and spoke both English and Spanish very well. The air conditioning was very strong as was the shower's water pressure.
The room had a comfortable bed and kitchenette was very useful
The roof terrace, the oldtimer exhibition and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
Great location Super view on the terrace Great staff
Beds were to hard for me but that's just personal preference.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location lovely apartment with all mod cons and that gorgeous roof top with its facilities and view.
Expensive self service washing facilities.
