Aparto Suites Muralto  

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at Aparto Suites Murlato. Upon arrival, I had a small issue with the heating in my room. When I asked the hotel staff to look into this problem for me, they immediately upgraded me into another room, free of charge. The room was wonderful - very clean and extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel was good - although not in the city center, it was located very close to the metro which made it easy to get to the city during the day and still have a quiet sleep at night. Overall, the hotel was great value for the price. I would definitely recommend Aparto Suites Muralto to other travelers.

The location was very convenient for accessing the University and was well connected to the airport. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the suite was very clean, in very good condition and spacious.

The room was lovely, very clean and worth every penny. Central location to all sights and very easy to find on the map. The metro system is only a stones throw away and very easy to use. The reception and waiting staff were very pleasant and catered for our every need.

The room had an interlinking door which meant at times the neighbours were very noisy even though they were only talking or laughing at a normal level. The reception staff did try to solve the issues by phoning the neighbours to lessen the noise, this did work!!

Great location for my purposes and fair price.

The room was very well kept,comfortable,kitchenette was sufficiently equipped.Extremely convenient going around by Metro &bus,grocery & shopping easy.Quiet neighbourhood highly recommended.

Payment mode.the advance debitting is a bit annoying.

Well appointed kitchen area. No pans etc in room but easy to get from front desk. Very close to metro stop for easy access.

Breakfast was a bit expensive but plenty of other options close by.

We liked that the hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The buffet breakfast was really nice. All the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the size of our room. Having separate beds for our children to sleep in was so much better than a pull out sofa, which is what most hotels we looked at were offering.

The outdoor noise was real bad. We had people partying in the street right outside our window and even with the windows closed, it was too loud. The hotel was a block away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It looked like a nice quiet area during the day. We couldn't see why people wanted to stand outside our hotel to party.

A localização é o ponto forte do hotel, pois fica próximo a estação de metrô, supermercado e dos principais pontos turísticos de Madrid.

Relación calidad precio y ubicación. Tranquilo y espacioso. Amablemente nos permitieron alargar la estancia del coche en el parking unas horas mas. Algún buen detalle para el aseo.

Escaso menaje en la cocina, aunque se podía pedir en recepción si echabas en falta algo que necesitaras. Los colchones de las camas supletorias mejorables.

Es un hotel con una excelente ubicación en Madrid. Con un personal muy correcto y amable en el trato. Las habitaciones son sencillas, limpias y disponen de cuanto te es necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable. Muy recomendable para familias.

Sin embargo la relación calidad precio, no creo que sea la adecuada, para lo que se ofrece, exceptuando por su centrica situación. El ruido de las habitaciónes contiguas se hacia presente en la mía, con lo cual en ciertos momentos la tranquilidad brillaba por su ausencia. Y la habitación que me concedieron tenía un problema de instalación electrica que afectaba a la televisión.
