very well located, easy to get from airport, amazing food and perfect view

staff in kitchen were not enough helpful and I didn't feel comfortable, late answering the requests via E-mail before I got there as I had some question from them

The room was nice and bright. Food - everybody finds something according to their needs.

Safe - you need to pay extra Drinks at diner - also need to pay! Two separate beds instead of one double!

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Price is quite low. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool. Breakfasts are abundant.

Hotel is surrounded by private houses. They asked us to pay for our room before we saw it. It was quite strange and even obnoxiously.

This was our fifth stay we love everything about the hotel

Very kind staff, especially the bar/restaurantstaff,I have been there 8 times and feel very much at home. Hope the ambiance/price does not change too much getting into a 4 star hotel!! There are many guests coming back every year, sometimes even twice a year.

Having lived on Mallorca I like to watch spanish tv,the (new) tv did not work (went into a black screen every 5 seconds etc,),for what ever reasons they did not/could not manage to solve the problem(cable and/or electronical) .This was quite a dissapointment.

Excellent location, near the see and close to a public transportation station. It's not a hotel for those who enjoy the night life but it's perfect if you are looking for calm and peace. The breakfeast is very good, with a lot of options. The hotel staff was kind, they helped us rent a car but the comunication can be a problem if you speak only english, it's a more german oriented hotel.

The wi-fi is not free.

Very close to the beach, nice swimming pool, excellent location. The hotel will be undergoing a much needed refurbishment in 2013.

The food in the hotel restaurant was just average. I stayed in different hotels in the same area before and the food there was much better. When I asked for possibility of late checkout I was told that I have to leave the room by 11 am and cannot stay longer.

Location good - close to beach, great views & short trip to airport. Food ok, not great but not bad. Bar drinks very reasonably priced. Sea view rooms have stunning views of Palma bay & great for plane spotting. Noise from airplanes was not an issue at all. 3* Hotel very reasonably priced - I believe improvements are being made this Winter to upgrade to 4*. Resort & in particular neighbouring Playa de Palma very popular with the German tourist.

Think some of the bar staff could have been friendlier. Felt hotel & resort was geared more for German tourist but this did not spoil our stay which was most enjoyable.

Near airport but not too noisy. Close to blue flag swimming beach. Tasty food options. Great view of palma and sea in room 416 from our private balcony.Great sized bathroom and shower. Toiletries supplied regularly.

Pillow are too flat and hard. Heavy room Doors closing makes some noise and could hear people above but not too bad. No fridge but you can hire if you want. Had to pay for room safe and wifi usually included in hotels this price range and wifi didn't work for us and hotel computer Internet was slow.

The budgetary rest on the coast. Excellent and various food. Blank numbers. Benevolent service of the personnel. I recommend to friends.

High audibility in numbers. The TV panel, the safe, the refrigerator - all for a fee. There is no hair dryer and the poor range shampoo, gel etc.

The location was suprisingly good - we booked it off the internet as being close to the airport as we were on the way to sty with family further north. We likedbeing byt the beach and the hotel provided all basic comforts and good breakfast.

The cost of taxis to and from airport (which we had to do a few times) was a rip off - the drivers did not like going so close.

We wanted a basic hotel near the airport for a single night and the BQ Apolo was just the job. It was actually nicer than we'd expected - we had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea front, it was clean and comfortable and there was a very good variety of things on offer for breakfast. I'd certainly book it again.

Clean, close to beach, close to airport.

Food was basic.

A reasonable hotel obviously aimed at the half board market. Two minute walk from a busy beach and promenade with restaurants / bars. Friendly, helpful staff.

Avoid booking any rooms facing the front (main entrance) of the hotel as the hotel across the road has a loud disco running until midnight. Didn't actually eat it but the hlaf board buffet lookd fairly mediocre and could get repetitive quickly.

The welcome was very good and informative. Although we had to pay extra for seaview it was well worth it. The room was very clean and well furnished, not too much or too little.The balcony was very private. The food was adequate, not always to my taste, but you could always fill up on salad or bread. Drinks were fairly priced. The staff were well trained. I would return to the BQ Apolo.

Some of the hot food options were not to my taste. I would prefer to see less choice and better food.

A very affordable hotel close to the airport. Situated close to the El Arenal beach, but in a much more quiet area than El Arenal.

Very friendly relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are small but adequate and clean. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Pool and bar area were lovely and relaxed and also very clean, All pre arrival requests were dealt with prior to our arrival. Building itself appeared very well maintained. All in all a very pleasant hotel. The airports proximity was not a problem and there was very little aircraft noise, though at times you were gently reminded it was there. We had been put off staying last year, after being booked out by a neighbouring hotel and sent to Santa Ponsa, by some reviews and the price. The proof in the pudding was staying here and we will definitely stay again.

Food was a little disappointing, though on a par to other hotel's we have stayed in on the island. It was adequate and we didn't go hungry. However we did realise the main clientèle were German so it would be unfair to mark the hotel down on this.
