Clean rooms, excellent staff and maids.

Although I had booked a double/twin room I was put in a single room. When I pointed this out I was moved to a double room. This was a little inconvenient and not respectful.

They bought lactose free milk etc. for breakfast especially for us (allergy), have great restaurant tipps, very friendly, very clean

Could be slightly closer to the subway stops

Location of the hotel was excellent- supermarkets, bakeries and local shops less than a 2 min walk away and metro station momumental was a 5- 10 min walk away !

We asked for a quiet room yet our room overlooked the front of the hotel onto a busy grid system road. The hallway has poor soundproofing due to the wooden floor- after a while you get used to it.

I asked a women on reception how long and how much it would take to get to girona airport, she said 30 min and €30. It was actually 1 hour and 15 mins, and cost me €195. I was disgusted

Bad bed (uncomfortable), thin walls (you can hear everything from the corridor and the other rooms), luggage room is not free.

New furbished rooms (floor 6), location close (10 min walk) to Tetuan or Monumental metro stations, aslo Sagrada; good and safe sorruindings with lots of cafes and small bars for breakfast.

The room's soundproofing, the floor in the rooms and halls is parqueted and not covered by a carpet so the noise is very high.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and the service exceptional. Breakfast was more than we expected, and againg very good service.

Room we had # 207, gave us very little room to move around in.

Very well situated, only couple of minutes away from Sagrada, close to metro as well. Rooms nicely equiped with modern furniture,no noice from outside at all, towels changed daily, very good breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

I have no objections at all.

Wifi sucks. it can hardly connected in room. House-keeping left a punch of hair on the towel shelf for two days, and didn't clean up. I did it by myself. I supposed there is free luggages safe service in a hotel. but not in this hotel. Guests have to save their luggages in locker, and 2 euros costs.

Great location close to main road in center of town but far enough away to be relaxing and quiet.

The hotel was suitable for our trip, where we spent very little time in the hotel. The room was well air-conditioned and location was relatively easy to get to from lots of the main tourist areas - we did a lot of walking, but didn't mind that. Very well priced and a definite safe bet if you want a good, clean hotel with polite service

Our room was very small, which wasn't a problem as we were just using it as a base but it wouldn't have been very relaxing if we had wanted to spend more time in it. There was also a lot of slamming doors and the hotel was quite noisy. On previous visits I have stayed closer to Las Ramblas which I found more convenient for a lot of the places to visit

Very good hotel. Room is commodious, big bathroom. Clean, comfortable. Nice managers at reception and very quick workers at cafe. Thank you for a good time at your hotel.

Deficiency of soap in the bathroom...Soap was only at first day of ten days of our stay. It seems trifle, but unpleasant when you come and can't wash your hands. I emphasize, it's only one problem, really.

They were suppose to provide Wifi in every room. Reality is that I even had to change rooms 3 times and Non of them had internet. The Hospitality from the lady at the lobby was anything but kind

No view from window but your there for sleep so not an issue.

Location is a bit far from the very centre - you always have to use underground

I’d like to emphasize the very high professional level of the hotel staff. All receptionists are well English speaking and their work is perfect. Especially I have to note the service of receptionist who was on duty at the night shift by April 11, 2013. Unfortunately, I did not ask his name that was definitely my fold. This gentleman was very kind and provident. I appreciate very much his help and keep very pleasant reminisces of my stay at Aranea hotel.

Because we have taken the room with double bad I would advice to the administration to use the room of this type only for one person. It was too tight for two people.
