Staff was polite, the room clean -although quite small, the bathroom very good, the position central. Parallel metro station very close.

The straightest road to La Rambla (Calle Sant Pau) is not a good place to walk - not after 8 pm, at least in May 2012.

Room was cosy and comfortable

No other facilities - spa centre not open or not working (not sure which, nor either were staff). No bar facilities - basically hotel only there for overnight stay contrary to list of services it says it provides.

Good breakfast.

Room was very small, the shower was basic, i expected a lot more for a show called 4* more like a 1* or maybe 2*, stayed in better cheaper 2* hotels in barca

You have easy access to the Metro and can walk to Las Ramblas. Lots of restaurants close to the Hotel. The rooms were small, but comfortable. It was clean and everything worked. The Guest Desk provided us with good information and spoke English well.

We had flown in from Canada on an overnight flight and the Hotel would not give us access to even 1 room for our Group to freshen up. We had to wait till 4:00 pm.

Clean, stylish rooms, friendly helpful staff. Location central but not too busy

No facilities for tea/coffees in room. The extra bed was a fold away and not at all comfortable

Gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Zimmer relativ klein, aber für eine Städtetour in Ordnung.

Sinon chambre propre, très bon rapport qualité-prix (95 euros/3) et emplacement parfait à 30 metres du métro et sur la ligne principale (Camp nou, place Catalogne...) et dans un quartier où il y a plein de bons restos.

Un problème avec le taxi à l'arrivée et le réceptionniste qui était de mèche avec lui. Petit déj hors de prix (allez dans la rue d'à côté pour le prendre), spa nul (jacuzzi minuscule), insonorisation pas géniale.

Hotel był fajnie położony. Bliskość centrum I portu- rewelacja. Pokoje są małe, ale za to czyste. śNiadania były smaczne - duży wybór.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione perchè vicino alla fermata Paral-lel della metropolitana e in una zona abbastanza ben frequentata. La stanza era piccolina ma ben arredata, comoda con tutti gli optional: tv, cassaforte, minibar. Il personale, tranne alcuni che parlavano solo spagnolo, era ben preparato e disponibilissimo. Al piano inferiore c'è una piccola spa con jacuzzi, sauna e palestra, di cui potevamo usufruire una volta sola gratuitamente, ma l'abbiamo scoperto in ritardo. C'è internet a disposizione, cartine, consigli.

Non è silenziosissimo ma, data l'estensione della metro sotto la città, credo che non ci sia una casa silenziosa in tutta Barcellona! Le pulizie vengono fatte con molta calma, tanto che, tornati in hotel nel tardo pomeriggio , era tutto come lo avevamo lasciato. Non hanno aggiunto neanche una saponetta, oltre quella del primo giorno e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati solo su richiesta. Inoltre lo scarico del wc non funzionava bene e drante la notte rumoreggiava da solo... Non c'era neanche lo scopino! La colazione non l'abbiamo provata perchè troppo costosa per I nostri gusti!
