Everything! The location is great, the stuff really good, Barbara the receptionist is a really nice lady who will advise you where to go and what to do while you are there, there is a nice bar/restaurant on the ground of the appartments! The views are amazing, you can see one of the most beautiful sunset from your balcony! I'll be back next year as Formentera is a paradise :)

Very easy to find from the port, room was clean and size was fine, amazing view over harbour with sunset every day, nice restaurant attached, air-con and fan in room to stay cool. The bed wasn't all that comfortable and we had a small infestation of ants in the kitchen, but these were minor issues really.

Location- on the busy road leading out of the town. In August many motorcycles, but our two room apartment was mostly quiet. Nice view to the back over the sea. Rooms were simple and functional. TV set and air condition. Prices in fomenter are very high in summer so this place represents good value if you are not looking for luxury. No WiFi. Main road position

Posizione ottima per la vista sul mare, soprattutto al tramonto vista la possibilità di mangiare in terrazza. Spazio sufficiente per due persone, in tre sarebbe risultato troppo piccolo. Nonostante il pomeriggio la reception apra alle 17 la signora aveva lasciato la possibilità di accedere alla camera qualche ora prima perchè avva lasciato la chiave alla porta e un biglietto di benvenuto. Qualche difficoltà la prima sera per usare il piano cottura. Frigo sufficientemente capiente per soggiorni brevi, ma un pò piccolo nel caso soggiornite per più tempo. Nel bagno non è presente il bidet. All'arrivo la pulizia del pavimento non era eccezionale.

La ubicación en la isla, muy cerca de la estaciíon de ferries El apartamento era algo viejo y descuidado. Por ejemplo, muchos de los enchufes no funcionaban. No hubo nadie para atendernos cuando llegamos a los apartamentos, nos dejaron la llave puesta en la cerradura.

Pricipalmente la posizione,e' perfetta ottima vicinissima al porto nel periodo di bassa stagione non ci sono neppure le barche in movimento,i servizi sono tutti comodissimi a max 100 metri c'e' tutto quello che serve,la vista della nostra camera la 208 era pensa una delle migliori di tutta l'isola, sul tramonto,dove verso le 18.50 circa ci gustavamo l'aperitivo sulla terrazza. La signora della recepetion e' stata gentilissima, di origine Svizzera la si.g barbara ci ha serviti alla grande, gentilissima e molto disponibile,ha un acane meraviglioso un boxer di 9 anni,ma buono come un cucciolo..cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno e pulizia della camera. Ottimo direi

Disponer de una cocina en la que preparar todas las comidas y los picnics para la playa. La chica de recepción, muy amable, no indicó todas las atracciones de la isla y nos permitió un late check out hasta casi las 20:00 horas. La limpieza es regular. La distribución de los balcones es absurda. No es un sitio bonito y está carente de todo encanto. Las camas son individuales.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon over een grote lagune. 'S Avonds mooie zonsondergang te zien. Geen lift aanwezig. Personeel restaurant onder de appartementen zeer luidruchtig.

La proximidad al puerto, a la playa, al alquiler de motos,bicis,... y la amabilidad de la recepcionista. Supermercado a 300 mtos. Tiene una cocina con muy pocos utensilios, sin microondas. Es muy sencillo pero como el plan es estar casi todo el día fuera es más que suficiente.
