Everything! The location is great, the stuff really good, Barbara the receptionist is a really nice lady who will advise you where to go and what to do while you are there, there is a nice bar/restaurant on the ground of the appartments! The views are amazing, you can see one of the most beautiful sunset from your balcony! I'll be back next year as Formentera is a paradise :)

Very easy to find from the port, room was clean and size was fine, amazing view over harbour with sunset every day, nice restaurant attached, air-con and fan in room to stay cool. The bed wasn't all that comfortable and we had a small infestation of ants in the kitchen, but these were minor issues really.

Location- on the busy road leading out of the town. In August many motorcycles, but our two room apartment was mostly quiet. Nice view to the back over the sea. Rooms were simple and functional. TV set and air condition. Prices in fomenter are very high in summer so this place represents good value if you are not looking for luxury. No WiFi. Main road position

Excellent location. Quite basic studio apartment but perfect for our needs as were out all day and went out for dinner in the evening. Lovely balcony overlooking the lake and brilliant restaurant below - Cafe del Lago with pizzas, pastas etc.

La cercanía del puerto, con maletas tan solo se camina unos 200 metros, es muy práctico. El precio es muy bueno en abril y hay que aprovecharlo porque en temporada alta la misma habitacion cuesta tres veces mas

Lage, direkt am Binnenmehr sehr freundlicher Empfang schöner Blick auf das Wasser durchgelegene Matrazen Kühlschrank und Badezimmer sind wahrscheinlich sauber, aber Schimmel und Rost ingesamt ist die Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt

Pricipalmente la posizione,e' perfetta ottima vicinissima al porto nel periodo di bassa stagione non ci sono neppure le barche in movimento,i servizi sono tutti comodissimi a max 100 metri c'e' tutto quello che serve,la vista della nostra camera la 208 era pensa una delle migliori di tutta l'isola, sul tramonto,dove verso le 18.50 circa ci gustavamo l'aperitivo sulla terrazza. La signora della recepetion e' stata gentilissima, di origine Svizzera la si.g barbara ci ha serviti alla grande, gentilissima e molto disponibile,ha un acane meraviglioso un boxer di 9 anni,ma buono come un cucciolo..cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno e pulizia della camera. Ottimo direi

Disponer de una cocina en la que preparar todas las comidas y los picnics para la playa. La chica de recepción, muy amable, no indicó todas las atracciones de la isla y nos permitió un late check out hasta casi las 20:00 horas. La limpieza es regular. La distribución de los balcones es absurda. No es un sitio bonito y está carente de todo encanto. Las camas son individuales.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon over een grote lagune. 'S Avonds mooie zonsondergang te zien. Geen lift aanwezig. Personeel restaurant onder de appartementen zeer luidruchtig.

Las vistas desde el apartamento espectaculares. Muy amplio y equipado, no es de lujo pero está muy bien. El Restaurante de abajo muy bien, un poco caro (como todo) pero comida excelente. Las playas de illetes están a un paseo en coche o mejor en bici, el camino es precioso. La piscina es pequeña y el agua está helada (octubre), por lo demás todo genial.

El apartamento en sí está bien. Al lado del Puerto de la Savina y llegas en un momento andando desde donde te deja el barco. Las ollas están en mal estado, se pegan y no están muy limpias. Para mi lo peor es que no hay un microondas donde calentar algo rápido o hacerte una pizza. He ido a muchísimos apartamentos y creo que es el primero en el que no encuentro un microondas o un horno. A parte, cuando nos duchábamos el plato de ducha se llenaba de agua porque el desagüe debía estar embozado..
