Late opening of restaurant, 9.00pm. When driving all day this was too late.
Friendly and helpful staff. Location whilst on the outskirts of town was well placed for main road access, and just a walk or taxi [10-12 Euros each way] from the centre.
Outside bar area a bit cramped.
Location, cleanliness, staff, furnishings, parking, staff cooked us a meal despite restaurant being closed, wifi worked well.
Web site needs to specify opening hours for restaurant.
Clean, spacious room. Good internet. Smooth airconditioning.
The staff provided an exceptional service and were very helpful to us when we arrived at midnight (cooking us dinner despite the restaurant closing). We were also allowed to leave the car in the car park or as long as we needed to on the day of check out. The room was stylish and clean, however the poor sound insulation might be a problem for the light sleepers (it did not bother us though). It is a good 20 min walk from the city centre but overall for the price the hotel was absolutely exceptional and we would recommend it to all.
Nice design, comfortable rooms with large beds.
Cleaning staff started early and noisy so we couldn't sleep a bit more, something you wish to do while on vacation. Staff doesn't speak English at all, but still they try their best.
Although not in the centre of town a bus goes from outside for only €1.15. Or a 20min walk.
Very Kind staff ! Safe parking nice und new bedrooms and the restaurant
Friendly reception Large comfortable beds Hotel's own parking facilities Clean and new
Breakfast is not up to standards with the rest of this hotel. I would be willing to pay a bit more for breakfast in turn for a wider variety and some nicer bread.
excellent friendly service with a smile and sense of humour from Carlos and staff. Very helpful. The hotel was beautifully designed with every comfort.
only one thing - the overnight parking is a bit expensive €8.50. The hotel is a bit too far to walk into Vitoria-Gasteiz, so you need to drive in and pay for more parking!
Carlos and Ana could not do enough once they understood what we wanted. It was fun using Google translator! The garage parking was excellent, even for a Landrover Discovery. Walk into Vitoria was 35min. Plenty to see in the old town. Although we did not use the restaurant it was very busy. We will definitely try it next time. Too much site seeing to do. Good pre ferry stop over.
Very clean and friendly in a lovely city.
Staff very friendly and helpful to the extent of giving me a ride towards the centre, room nice and quiet with an excellent bathroom and shower.
Everything! location, garage, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean room, large and modern bathroom. Excellent value for money. Definitelly recomended! For visting the city take the bus (5 and back 7)
Modern, well appointed and comfortable with friendly staff and good secure parking.
The restaurant food was good quality and nicely prepared but the menu was rather uninspiring.
Staff did not speak any English and not very customer orientated.
This a family operated 20 rooms boutique hotel and a restaurant. Desined by a well know spanish arquitec. Difficult to find anything to criticize. Friendly attencion and a very good restaurant . The best hotel in our moth vacation in Spain & France
Welcoming hosts in a perfectly designed small hotel with very comfortable room and bathroom. Busstop close to hotel for a short drive into centre of Vitoria. In the centre on El Padro to the left if coming from the cathedral there is a place with very imaginative tasty pinchos for a nice lunch..
the food in the restaurant was somewhat disappointing, although staff was very nice.
What a surprise. A beautifully designed 25 bedroom hotel with all the facilities and secure underground parking.
Our Tom Tom GPS took us to two dodgy destinations based on the street address. Even when you do drive along the road outside the hotel, it is not easy to spot it. Restaurant was closed on Sun Eve.
This is a beautifully appointed hotel and definitely deserves more than 3 stars. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant we did have a drink there and the food looked and smelled wonderful
This was the best place I stayed in Spain. Really quiet and comfortable and the people really nice, dealing with a person like me who spoke no Spanish.
The only very slight negative is it was a bit of a walk to the historic centre, however this was more than compensated by other attributes. And it is in a nice neighbourhood.
Staff Clean Great bathroom
Considerable thought has gone into making this hotel. The modern elements all work very well. Breakfast was very fair. Secure parking and very quiet.
Restaurant was not open Mondays and options nearby are limited.
