good location - all amenities are reachable even by foot - Sagrada 15 minutes , La Rambla and Plaza Catalyuna 15 minutes as well. On top metro is 100 metrse from apartment

Loved the spaciousness of the apartment. The master suite and extra 1/2 bath were much loved! The washing machine was also a blessing after 6 days of traveling. No dryer, but with all the windows, clothes dried in a few hours.

Loved everything!

Space. Quiet. Full kitchen with quality appliances. Wraparound terrace, with table and chairs, plenty of room to sit out. Good size bedrooms. Comfortable beds.

Under furnished, sparse in places, for six people. Needed another sofa in sitting room and dressing table/chest of drawers in bedrooms, some artwork on walls and colour on a few walls. Cooking utensils limited - had to by a cooking knife. Floors looked clean but were dirty - don't walk around barefoot, pack your flip flops! Otherwise clean. Showers were crude, no thermostatic valves. Result: scalding,freezing, scalding,freezing...careful!

We loved its location and price. The young woman, who checked us in and out was very helpful and friendly.

Accommodations were a little Spartan and sterile looking. We really could have used an electric dryer to go with the washing machine. Get a manual in English/other languages for using the washing machine.

Warm welcome from Rosa. Central location. Well equipped.

Would have like to have had a welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Perhaps some fruit and a bottle of wine.

Everything is good, except for the shortage of hot shower

Everything is good, except for the shortage of hot water. We have five people, but only two persons could take warm shower each day

Clean, freshly renovated, the lady was very kind and professional

Apartment was a penthouse suite, with 3 bedrooms, with enough space for 6 or more. Decor very simple, modern but more than sufficient. Comfortable beds. Best part was the very large patio with 180 degree view of Barcelona: Tibidabo, Sagrada Familia, Port Olympic towers and Montjuic museum. Kitchen appliances were great, including washer.

Reservation: after we booked this apartment, company told us they had a problem and could not provide this apartment. They offered an alternative with a discount. In the end, they offered same one with no discount. Responsiveness - average. While kitchen appliances were top notch, staying for 4 days required providing own toilet paper after the first roll, extra dish-washer tablets, washing detergent; the knives (only 2 and very dull), bigger bowls were sparse, no cutting board. Salt, pepper, sugar were not provided. If you plan to be out every breakfast, lunch and dinner, then this is not a problem for you. But being with children, plan on providing basic kitchen necessities. Or better, the owners could spend 100 Eur at IKEA and have it set!

Location,comfort..

Lovely appartment, even bigger than expected. Obviously recently refurbished as in good condition - internet photos actually representative. Friendly and helpfull staff, everything provided - kettle was missing but staff noticed that at check in and provided new replacement in minutes. Good location - facilities / trains close by. Close to tourist points but not too close. Secure - entrance door locked and multi point deadlocking appartment door. Even the weather was good.

Nothing that you shouldn't really expect from a city break - some might comment about the constant traffic flow outside, close church bells and a shallow balcony - but we didn't find them a problem.

A group of 5 went to see Barcelona play and the location & price of the apartment was great. The Metro station was 5-10min walk & Rosa at the Apartment gave us great directions.

Clean, lot of space, good metro connection. Close to the city center.

Pricey for the time of MWC.

Very spacious and clean appartment with everything you would need for a city break. It is conveniently located with the metro stop 10 mins walk away and shops and a cafe nearby.

Lack of parking

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Went out of their way to make us comfortable. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Great location.

Great location, quiet and convenient. Spacious and have a perfect kitchen - so really good for families/group of friends. A traditional market just a minute away. Highly recommend it.

Very minor flaw: they lacked a hair dryer.
