The room was big and confortable, with a very large bed. We really apreciate the shower with a massage mode. The breakfast was very good. The staff was a little unfriendly and not inform us about the services of the hotel at the check in. The sound isolation of the room was very bad.

Nous avons reservé une suite. Très spacieuse, une chambre separée (porte), un coin salon, grande SDB. Très pratique avec un enfant, il peut dormir au salon et les parents dans la chambre (2 TV écran plat dans chaque pièce). Accès aisé au parking par ascenseur. Pâtisserie fabuleuse au pied de l'hôtel. Chambre assez sombre, peu lumineuse. Rues adjacentes un peu bruyantes le w-end.

Está situado muy cerca del casco histórico y alejado a la vez del bullicio de los turistas. Estuve en una habitación triple que por lo menos tenía unos doce metros de largo y cuatro de ancho. Una pasada. Las sábanas de las camas eran supersuaves al igual que la almohada. Ideal para un sueño perfecto. Estaba en la habitación 110 y cada vez que los de los pisos de encima mío tiraban de la bomba del váter se escuchaba la caída del agua por la tubería. Cuando llegaban de madrugada los de los pisos superiores orinaban y luego tiraban de la bomba. Hay que mejorar este punto. El único fallo que encontré

Me han gustado mucho las habitaciones, que son muy grandes y confortables, pero sobre todo la inigualable atención de todo el personal, recuerdo poquísimos sitios donde me hayan tratado tan bien! La decoración del lobby es un poco cargada y desordenada, yo sugeriría algo más limpio y elegante, acorde con las habitaciones.

Hotel muy recomendable. Céntrico y muy confortable. Puedes moverte a pie por la zona antigua sin necesidad de coche. Hotel silencioso. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas.

Habitación muy amplia junto con una atentísima atención del personal del hotel. El colchón de la cama era más duro que el suelo. Fue imposible descansar. El acceso al hotel también era malo, había demasiadas escaleras. No está recomendado para personas con mobilidad reducida.

La distancia a la catedral ni cerca ni lejos y el trato del personal. Es muy incomodo para las maletas con ruedas, pasillos muy largos y varios escalones en cada uno. Ademas tiene un unico ascensor para 3 personas normalitas. Deje el albornoz sucio en la bañera y cuando volví lo habian colgado sin cambiarlo!!!. Reclame y me lo cambiaron inmediatamente.

La atención del personal es inmejorable, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. El restaurante ofrece una amplia carta y todo de excelente calidad. Lo único que he echado en falta es un enchufe para trabajar con el ordenador en la zona del lobby. Hay una sala al lado de la recepción pero es oscura y no invita a quedarse mucho tiempo.
