Le prix, le parking Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles! pas de télévision avec toutes les chaînes satellitaires (aucune en français!). Lit avec un matelas à ressorts usés et bruyants. Pas de prestations habituelles (nettoie-chaussures etc.)

La amplitud de su habitacion ,decoracion de la misma bien situado ,personal escelente...etc Lo poco original de su cuarto de baño ,mas bien pobre en cuanto a servicios del mismo (viejo) . Tambien me llamo la atencion que un Hotel de Cinco Estrellas tenga en las puertas de accceso a las habitaciones pomos de los de toda la vida con llave normal.

Centro de la ciudad. Un hotel de esta categoria no puede decidir no encender el aire acondicionado para ahorrar (asi me han informado de la recepcion), cuando pague 135 euros la noche. Semana del 11 de Abril cuando habian 35 grados fuera.

La distancia a la catedral ni cerca ni lejos y el trato del personal. Es muy incomodo para las maletas con ruedas, pasillos muy largos y varios escalones en cada uno. Ademas tiene un unico ascensor para 3 personas normalitas. Deje el albornoz sucio en la bañera y cuando volví lo habian colgado sin cambiarlo!!!. Reclame y me lo cambiaron inmediatamente.

Habitación muy amplia junto con una atentísima atención del personal del hotel. El colchón de la cama era más duro que el suelo. Fue imposible descansar. El acceso al hotel también era malo, había demasiadas escaleras. No está recomendado para personas con mobilidad reducida.

Pessoal muito atencioso. Boas instalações, excepto fraca insonorização, pois ouviam-se os outros clientes! O facto de ter garagem, embora paga. Preço do pequeno almoço demasiado elevado (mais de € 18/pessoa e não os € 16 e qualquer coisa que indicavam). Num snack logo ao lado um optimo pequeno almoço ficava por cerca de €6!

La atención del personal es inmejorable, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. El restaurante ofrece una amplia carta y todo de excelente calidad. Lo único que he echado en falta es un enchufe para trabajar con el ordenador en la zona del lobby. Hay una sala al lado de la recepción pero es oscura y no invita a quedarse mucho tiempo.

“This is a wonderful converted building in a beautiful old city. It took around an hour to walk around the hotel on the tour. In that time we only saw two other couples briefly. The food in the best restaurant was top quality silver service, and whilst pricey, represented good value. Breakfast was not quite as good, but there was an extravegent choice of quality food. My Spanish is limited, but almost everyone spoke English. The staff, with the exeption of one waitress in the breakfast room, couldn't have been freindlier or more helpfull. ” Peter, London |
