Pricey

The price was fair and the rooms were comfortable. Plenty of space for two of us.

The service was poor and you could only get free wifi for an hour in the lobby each day. The card for our rooms also stopped working during our stay and the staff did not explain why or look like they really wanted to help us with the problem. The breakfast was also expensive - so we never had it. It is about a 10 minute walk to the metro station and there are not many shops or sights around.

The price is relatively good

I did not like the location (the map is given only for drivers and is misleading) and that "free Internet in lobby" turned out to be free once a day not more than 1 hour

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food which was replenished and was served until 10:30.

The hotel only permitted one hour of free wifi in the lobby each day. Although it was situated near the centre of the city, it was not easily accessible by public transport from the airport. The nearest Metro stations were quite a walk away and not connected with the line to the airport.

The reception staff were delightful, and extremely helpful. Lovely, comfortable room. The breakfast selection was very good. The bus stop is only 20 metres away, and takes you to within a short walk to the railway station. We liked this hotel very much. The reception desk was very open to addressing our needs. Well done!!

This wasn't the first time and I'll come back again

Le qu emenos me ha gustado es que iba sola y por la noche el barrio no me ha gustado mucho, pero lo referente a l otel todo fenomenal

Falta renovar mobiliario, televisión, y cambio moqueta

El servicio y hospitalidad del personal, los alimentos en el desayuno.

Las habitaciónes no tienen ventilación y el calor fué extenuante por las noches. Esto hace que no lo recomiende.

в мадриде были с дочерью проездом, отель выбирали, чтобы был недалеко от вокзала аточа (автобус останавливается прямо у отеля, ехать минут 7). про отель могу сказать только хорошее: чисто, аккуратно, сантехника сияет, номера небольшие, но удобные, сейф бесплатный, очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал, на завтрак шведский стол, все очень вкусно. на ресепшн работает очаровательная девушка из молдавии хорошо говорит по-русски, что было очень приятно. до ближайшей станции метро пешком 5 минут. в целом остались очень довольны. отличное соотношение цены и качества!

единственный маленький минус- отсутствие пандуса, чемодан у нас был очень тяжелый, по ступенькам его трудно было спускать/ поднимать, но и здесь нам на помощь пришли отзывчивые сотрудники отеля.

La situación del hotel no ha sido la más adecuada, para la visita a museos, está bastante retirado, y te tienes que gastar bastante en taxis. No ha sido de mi agrado.

El garaje es pequeño. Pude sacar el coche, porque la plaza de atras, estaba vacia, si no, hubiese sido imposible.

El trato de la srta. Raquel, en recepción, a nuestra llegada fué excelente. Servicial, simpática y muy eficiente.

Propreté, calme, personnel attentioné, proximité de la rocade m-30.

Un peu éloigné d'une station de métro. Petit déjeuner cher.
