Abba Atocha Hotel  

I have stayed here 5/6 times as my son lives nearby. Everything is as it should be for this type of hotel. Was very comfortable during the very cold snap last week. Good location for bus/Delicias metro/train.

Staff could be a bit more pleasant.

Room clean and comfortable and warm on a cold and damp weekend. Hotel has good transport links with Metro and Renefe (which takes you straight to Terminal 4 at the airpot) a few minutes walk away.

No internet in the bedroom and staff on desk not able to help with the free internet conection in the lobby or help with printing our boarding passes - they said that the printer was being used for something else!

I stayed for 3 nights, on 2nd night I couldnt take a shower because of the water pipe was broken or something. It was terrible. Sofa in the room was bit dirty and the bed sheet as well (I found some hairs in the bed) Paid 80euro per night, one night I cant even use water. It's located quite far from atocha station. No supermarket around hotel. I stayed lots of hotels from different countries, But this hotel is the only one makes me feel bad. For me, it's The worst hotel i've ever stayed. Never recommend this hotel, not a good value for money.

Efficient ,friendly staff...they were very helpful,giving information and directions for the places we wished to visit...there was no problem leaving our luggage after checkout [as we had several hours to go before our flight]. Our room was very comfortable and we would definitely return. The hotel is close to all the sights,galleries etc.,with plenty of eateries nearby...

The hotel was superb, friendly staff and very clean room with a good size shower room. The location was good for us as it is near where our daughter lives but it is also near the river along which a park has been developed and it well worth a visit either in the day or evening. It is easy to get into the centre from the hotel also.

No complaints but visitors may be confused by the name of the hotel as it is not close to Atocha station as the name suggests.

Good value for money and in a good location for accessing the centre of Madrid.

Price of wifi €10/day in the bedrooms is a rip off although they will give you a free pass for the lobby

They had good clean rooms and à great breakfast. Near à subway.

It was thin walls so you heard the other guest. They Do not offer free wifi in the rooms.

It is near to the train centre, however we found that taxi drivers were not interested in bringing us on the short journey. Not your fault! Our daughter lives nearer the station on Maria de la Cabez so this meant we could see her and be home together when we were socialising.

we found it hard to find the metro near to the hotel. also our flight was early morning and as one of us are diabetic we were disappointed that the restaurant was not open until 8am at the weekends. when we used the restaurant for breakfast during the week we found the staff very helpful. Again with the diabetic person, though I am told you do not have the practice of having tea in the room, it was hard to cater for the needs of a diabetic. We had hoped to find small coffee shops/bars to eat in but there was no information for us.

La habitación olía fatal, y las sabanas apestaban a algo que no sabría decir que es, el teléfono estaba estropeado y la bañera era excesivamente estrecha para una persona alta. Comunicamos al hotel el tema de los olores y el teléfono y no hicieron nada por intentar solucionarlo. No recomiendo este hotel.

El personal es muy amable, tanto en el turno de mañana como en el de la noche. A pesar de ser un 3 estrellas, tiene bastantes accesorios de baño además de posibilidad de gimnasio. La comida del room service estaba muy buena. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Me encantó la opción de que un niño no paga nada de 0 a 8 años si duerme en la cama del adulto. En el resto de hoteles un niño de 2 años paga.

La almohada para mi era demasiado alta. La decoración de las habitaciones es algo clásica. Si cambiasen las cortinas y la colcha daría un toque más moderno.

Si me ha gustado, esta bien situado, cerca del autobús y de la parada del metro (no tan cerca), muy bien el parking, con fácil acceso y a un precio razonable.

Solo hubo un problema con la ducha: el agua salia a muy poca presión me imagino que lo solucionarían

El hotel se encuentra bastante alejado, mencionan intertnet wifi en zona común pero es por un tiempo determinadon(20 minutos por toda tu estadía) con un código pero nunca te podés conectar no me ha gustado nada.
