On the edge of town, a ten minute walk to Plaza Mayor. The room was large, modern, stylish and extremely comfortable with a fabulous bathroom. Friendly efficient staff. Free street parking was available nearby. It should have been easy to find (right next to the Plaza de Toros) but, even with satnav, I struggled. Also, when I eventually found the bullring, it would have been helpful if they put the hotel's name on the building !!!

Friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Staff tried very hard to speak good English. Hotel ideally located for a 3 hour journey from Santander. We have a fish allergy that made our choice off the menu limiting.

The hotel was very central and clean and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not great all the hot food was luke warm. Also people coming in around 2 am very noisey.

Large room. Great breakfast. Ideal place for a 1 night stay going to or from ferry at Bilbao/Santander. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Did have fridge with soft drinks, but no info on charges.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We ran into various difficulties on our trip, none of them to do with the hotel and the staff really helped us out. They went far beyond the usual level of customer service.

Me a gustado todo. Es un hotel de 3*pero se merece 5*. Todo de madera trabajada hasta los techos,vidrieras en ls ventanas tipo iglesia. Platos de cslidad,copas y vasos de cristal excelente,mantelerias de hilo. Un desayuno super abundante y te dejaban llevar algo para media manana. Un dia baje tarde y no me permitieron irme sin desayunar y no me lo cobraron. La cena o comida de menu pero sino te gustaba te ofrecian de carta al mismo precio. El bar tb excelente. La habitacion amplia luminosa y con posibilidad de manejar tu la temperatura. Las sabanas superblancas,la cama grande como pedi y muy comoda. .No te molestaban para nada. Un dia q dormi hasta tarde me llamaron para saber si estaba bien y necesitaba algo. El lavabo pequeno pero con banera y muy limpio justo para una persona. Seguro que volvere Nada todo era excelente

Hotel de corte familiar , céntrico, acogedor, sencillo y si además estás de paso con coche tiene garaje económico propio a la vuelta de la esquina. No he apreciado nada negativo.
