Place is great to play golf. Good restaurant and friendly personnel.

Billing process was a bit confusing. I had to calculate the bill to reception Guy before it went right.

The townhouse apartment had a lot of space and a great kitchen, dining, and living room area. Everything was clean on arrival. Having both a washer and dryer for clothes was fantastic. The staff overall were great (with the exception perhaps of the evening receptionist on our arrival).

The townhouse power is completely shut down when there are no guests (you have to put a card in to turn on the main breaker). While this is quite normal and understandable for many businesses as it saves energy/money, it meant that the hot water heater was not on and the heat in the house was not on. This would have been okay as we expect some time for those to get going, but the heat on the upper level didn't work and the water heater never worked. As we arrived late in the day, the maintenance staff had left and the reception staff said they wouldn't come until the morning (which they never did before we left). There was never an offer to move us to a different townhouse with working heat/hot water. The place looks wonderful, particularly if you are there for a golf vacation, and I'm sure many people have a good experience here. We were just not one of those families and we were happy to move to another town the next day. Breakfast was below our expectations for a place such as this. Much of our experience could have been just that we stayed in the off-season.

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. Gorgeous bathroom - with delicious products!

On website it said room had patio - I expected this to be off the room - needs to be made clearer, but room still delightful.

Great service. Top quality restaurant on site.

Cell phone coverage was a bit sketchy depending on where you were. Not a show stopper, but something to be aware of. Wi-fi in the rooms was no issue.

Houses beautifully fitted out with very high quality furniture and all the kitchen equipment you could need. High speed internet. Food for breakfast and in restaurant excellent in fantastic setting listening to birds and frogs on terrace!!

A bit lacking in atmosphere. Rather quiet for teenagers.

Fab location. Excellent value for money. Good half way stop in our two week travelling through Andulasia as there was a washing machine. Really enjoyed playing ' paddle' a game similar to squash and tennis for the first time.

Cost to hire bikes was quoted per two bikes not one. Breakfast was poor, the hot food options were cold despite being under the heat lamps. Therefore cold scrambled eggs, mushrooms, beans etc

I had a double for single occupancy in one of the "fincas" It was beautiful, quiet and luxurious. Everything was new and clean. Even an electric kettle and tea + coffee was provided, and free Nespresso in the lounge (which I did not take advantage of.) The swimming pool was really nice and the location was beautiful - cool and breezy. The service in the club house was excellent. Although I did not take advantage of other sports that were offered, it seemed a perfect place for golfers and tennis players. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Although I did not use their archery field, it seemed a very hot place to play with no shade at all. It was a pity that none of the showers at the swimming pool worked. Of course the rooms were very near the pool, so anyone with any sense could shower in the room before and after swimming. However, I do not think the hotel conserved much more water that way. It was a great pity that no food, not even snacks were served on the club terrace. The menu was not especially tasty (I was very surprised to receive a kind of Irish stew which was called "cheek of pork" ) The dinner was definitely not the high point of the stay.
