A group of us stayed here it was lovely, the rooms are gorgeous and spacious, we all said without a shadow of doubt we would stay here again - loved it.

Very well equipped with a good location in Benalmadena. Kept very clean and all staff were very helpful and polite. Very good value and will use this hotel chain again.

Very bad smell of drains in the bathroom.

2 min walk from the beach, very modern apartments . You'd live in them. Fabulous restaurants and bus stop about 3 min walk away

Bed was a bit hard

Very close to airport, Hotel is spotlessly clean, Rooms r fantastic fully equipped kitchen was brilliant, Very close to beach and few small resturants

The pool was closed in march we only had one good day and couldn't use pool, we had to get taxies to the marina and 24 hour square which ranged from €6-€8, it is walkable if ur goin for walk not if ur in heels and goin out ;-)

The location was excelent,also the apparments were spotless, staff we also great.

New apartments, very nice location - sea and mountains can be viewed from the balcony, quiet and comfortable in winter. Air conditioning can be used for heating.

Highly overrated Internet connection that can be accessed only in the hall, expensive parking (you can park in the street, but in summer it is possibly more difficult).

The service from staff was friendly and helpful, always. It is in a quite area(high floor), it's probably about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is very well cleaned and looked after.

The beds where much to firm for my wife and myself. Extractor fan in bathroom not working (reported) Otherwise it's a fairly spacious apartment, this one was for 4 people,there were only 2 of us, but it would cope with 4 adults easily. Plenty of storage for 4 people, although you have to use a fold away settee in the living room Cost me 30 Euros extra for using the safe for 10 nights, surely this charge is way over and above any maintenance cost?

Absolutely everything you wish for in an apartment. Like home from home!! Great location and really helpful staff. Will definitely be returning.

The pool - not enough sunbeds for size of hotel, and not enough umbrellas. Only one English tv channel. Fridge stank of fish! Not enough comfy chairs in the room for 4 people. The shower/bathroom wasn't very clean. No facilities - I.E. no bar. Long walk to seafront/Benalmadena centre (half an hour).

Pool excellent and safe

Car park was really difficult, spaces really tight and very dark ,room is not really big enough for 4 people fine for a weekend break but put up beds really uncomfortable for a long stay

On booking.com, we were told that there were to sofa beds but there was only one so booking.com needs to update their hotel info. We had to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for that

Good apartment, og excellent and helpfull staff with good service. We stayed there 16 days, 2 families (total 8 persons), in july 2012. Would recommend it to other families/friends.

Excellent in every way. Very clean, polite and exceeded all my expectations. A great hotel!

The hotel was very nice

We only booked the hotel because there was a spa and indoor swiming pool but beware you have to pay 15 euros a day to use it was very disaponted at this ,,they should make this very clear on booking .....

Pierre & Vacances Benalmadena Principe is absolutely fabulous and so friendly.Location is absolutely spot on and only 2 mins to the amazing beach.Quiet environment with a swimming pool.Views were astonishing and stunning.Rooms were very large and so comfortable with all available kitchen equipments as well.Air conditioning was fantastic and customer service from the Hotel staff incredibly superb.I had an absolutely holiday stay there.Recommended to every person who wish to stay there.

I was staying here with my sister and 2 daughters in their 20's and we had a fabulous time. We were staying in a 1 bedroom apartment and the girls slept in the excellent sofa bed in the living area. The apartment was of a very high standard and absolutely spotless and there was ample room for us all. The kitchen area was really well kitted out with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and all the tableware you would need and everything was like new. I had stayed here about 3years ago and returned this year hoping to find nothing changed and I wasn't disappointed. We were warmly welcomed in the lovely reception area and the staff were very helpful. 200yards from a magnificent beach. I highly recommend these apartments.

I loved that it was like 5 star hotel but with facilities of apt. Nice touch leaving wash up liquid and dish washer tabs. Lovley large double beds very comfy. Reception staff very freindly and girls in pool cafe realy nice and freindly.

Thought the male life guard was completley over the top with his hygene in the pool. Saw him tell a lady with small baby to put baby under shower and remove baby,s hat before she put her in baby pool.... It was 33 degree heat!!!!! Also an elderly man walked up and put his hand anto water to check temp of water and he was very unfrindly to him!!!! After this lifeguard took out chemical kit to check water for contamination!!!! Totalyover the top. Also when you come out of hotel and enter pool cafe there is a step down to pool area that is very hard to see. Saw an elderly lady get bad fall.

Hotel in excellent location, views from room were amazing, both living room and bedroom had air-conditioning which was brilliant. kitchenette had everyting found the washing machine was a great help, came home with clothes all washed. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpfull,food in hotel was superb, would recommend this hotel highly and would have no hesitation in going back. Hotel itself spotless, pool area very clean and well maintained. Had a fantastic holiday cant wait to go back.

As always we enjoyed our stay,mainly for location,comfort,friendly staff,facilities in apartment and cleanliness.
