Quirky small hotel. Modern design and unusual lift. Not like your average hotel! Clean and comfortable and well located in the central area adjacent to shops and bars.

Breakfast included in the price was the main factor of us choosing this hotel, and they had a large variety from cereals to toast, croissants ham cheese fruit,cakes biscuits juice and coffee. The fact that free parking at the nearby football stadium was available (between 5-10 min walk) was a major bonus as anyone who has been to Gijon before will tell you, it is an absolute nightmare to park and as the hotels are aware of this they all totally rip you off to use their parking. The dark haired lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms have nice outdoor balcony. There are a few down points about this hotel though and starting with the worst as this is a must nowdays, the wifi didnt work in the room, the receptionist gave us an ethernet cable which didnt work either! The lift reminded me of the Chilean miners rescue, you have to see it to believe it! The walls in the room desperately needed a re-paint. No English tv channels or any foreign channels, now in this day and age that is unheard of! But overall I would stay there again as the negatives are minor, apart from no internet! And it was good value for money so I would recommend it.

Convenience for sea front walks, cafe's, bars, retaurants and shopping. Quiet area, easy car parking on site at a reasonable cost. A bit tricky to drive to given the one way system and some adjacent roadworks and probably impossible to park in the nearby streets but the football stadium is a 5 min. Walk away and has huge car parks.

The hotel is situated in residential building just 5-7 minutes from old town and 3 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was very nice (fruits, corn flakes, yogurt, bread, milk, tea/coffee, juice etc.). There is very small lift (max. for two persons) in this hotel.

The best things about the hotel are 1. The staff, 2) the location and 3) the value for money. Would definitely stay here again! It was not steeped in luxury or extras, but what it does it does very well:)

Desayuno bueno. Ubicacion a 15 minutos del casco viejo y alado del paseo de la playa. Personal muy amable y buenas recomendaciones. Vistas desde la habitación, ya que daba a un patio interior.

Del hotel nos ha gustado todo, viajamos mucho durante el año, hemos estado en mucho hoteles, pero la amabilidad y el trato recibido en muy pocos sitios lo hemos encontrado, Hemos intentado sacar algun defecto y la verdad no hemos encontradso ninguno, si acaso yo que soy un poco pureta...me gusta que tengan los baños un widet, pero lo demas para recomendar. Es un Hotel que parece que estas en familia, nos ha encantado, seguro que volveremos. Solo hemos echado en falta un widet.

La atención al cliente, la ubicación en zona tranquila y cercana a la playa, la habitación moderna y bien equipada, la posibilidad de aparcamiento por 10€ diarios etc... El hotel no tiene las típicas banderitas en la portada, por lo cual nos pasamos y dimos alguanas vueltas para localizarlo.

La situation au coeur de la ville et à proximité de l'ancienne ville. Le parc de stationnement sous l'hotel La monotonie du menu petit déjeuner. Le bruit de la clim/chauffage avec impossibilité de réduire le niveau sonore. L'accès au parc de stationnement L'état de la moquette des circulations. L'isolement acoustique de la porte de la chambre.
