Fantastic staff Tremendous Breakfasts Super Clean Great Location Comfortable Quiet Lift Beautiful Spaces
For the price we paid we lived like kings
Clean. lovely helpful staff, great location,
Room a little basic
The location, the stunning décor of the rooms and delicious breakfast.
As with all central hotels can have some element of street noise but nothing to keep you awake at night!
Interior design was relaxing. Breakfast was excellent.
Bath towels had seen better days. Smallish and not fluffy. Another pillow would have been helpful.
Pay close attention to your map when approaching this hotel. It's on a short street of the same name as the hotel, very near Plaza Espana, but we went right by it. Very clean room, very helpful staff. We had some documents we needed scanning and some trousers that needed mending. Staff gladly assisted with all.
we really thought the staff was great, breakfast was very good, atmophere very nice, recommendable indeed!
as we were driving a rented car we used a tomtom and that steered us straight into the very narrow streets around the hotel. scary and unneccesary. please mention for next clients to go straight to a parking near by. much easier!
Easy to find, good parking close by. Walking to great Tapas bars and restaurants all within a few minutes. Friendly and safe.
Too many dogs in Cadiz and much dog dirt. Surprised at the number of beggars on the streets.
The location was perfect in the middle of the old town but away from the main hustle and bustle. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and relaxing
Hotel parking (for which there is a charge) was very close walking distance to the hotel. Central position for everything. Good value for money.
The staff were excellent and so lovely!! It was such a cute place and decorated exactly how I hoped it would be. The location was also excellent and parking just a street away.
The bed was a bit rickety as the middle leg was a bit broken but it was comfortable anyway.
helpful staff. stylish lobby decor, quiet location
parking pretty difficult
Location - good service - lovely old building
We possibly had the worst room in the hotel, unable to change as the hotel was fuly booked. Room was small , very dark with little natural light and suffered from constant noise from plumbing of adjacent rooms. Important to confirm a room with street view/balcony.
Beautiful boutique hotel in the old part of town. Staff were extremely friendly, and the (included) breakfast was delicious.
Amazing place !
A lovely relaxing place to stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the roof terrace was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
Absolutely nothing to dislike
We found the location was very good, although nothing is far away in Cadiz. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and had a romantic feel. Breakfast was outstanding!! Best cup of tea I had out entire trip. I was not hesitate to stay here again.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Breakfast was great and staff super friendly and helpful
Location, location, location. Took a while to find in the car and work out the narrow streets but well worth it. Staff lovely.
Breakfast service could have been smoother but minor niggle and we weren't in a rush!
The staff here were super friendly. The hotel had been beautifully and sympathetically decorated - it had all the charm of the old building. Breakfast was fantastic. Right in the centre of the walled historic town while a quick walk to the beach.
The hotel is well located in the old city of Cadiz , so you don't really need a car to just stroll through the historic area. Lots of restaurants and bars you can easily walk on leisure. Breafast is good, scrambled eggs, creals, ham, milk, coffee, fruits, etc. The staff is very professional and nice. I would definetely go back next year. The hotel is an old building but small nd is beautifully renofvated. Rooms are not very large, but have a very modern bathroom, nice beds, satellite tv and Wi Fi.
It's a little overpriced but i would return anyway.b
Location and staff
Quality of bed, bathroom etc
For a small hotel it really delivers on every front. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. High ceilings are an added bonus. Staff are out on their own. Accommodated a late change to our plans with a concern and professionalism you rarely encounter these days. All in all , highly recommended.
Staff, cleanliness, breakfast were all tops
Our room overlooked the street which was very pretty, but with the windows open it was very noisy at night. Closing the windows solved the problem
Friendly helpful staff. Atmospheric hotel. Attention to detail. Within old Cadiz.
Noisy couple in next room! Not the fault of the hotel of course.
