Hotel Aristol  

Whilst not terribly cheap (ca 125e/night) the price/location was ok for what was available at Barcelona for given dates. Room a bit small but with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Free wi-fi (although not terribly reliable). Quite nice area and if you want you can have nice walk to/from Sagrada Familia (a bit longish and somewhat uphill at second part, but if you prefer A;fons X station is closer). Stayed here 5 nights. Didn't tried their breakfast though, so don't have opinion abaut that.

The stuff was friendly, especially girl on reception. Location is good if you like quiet place. Metro station is 5 minutes walking away and you are in center or on beach in 10, 15 minutes. Sagrada Familia is 10 minutes on foot and on the way you can find a lots of small restaurantes and coffee bars. Near Sagrada Familia there is a All you can eat restaurant where you can have decent meal with drink and sweets for 10e per person.

Our room was very poor with dirty walls and awful beds. We had 2 separate beds closed each to each other (even if we had reserved one big bed) which were on wheels that was very iritating during night. The sheets were not proper for 3 stars hotel and it was stressful to sleep under the half-clean blankets already used by someone else. Nevertheless, if we didn't pay hotel with big "booking.com" discount, but by the regular prices, we would for sure ask money back after first night.

Everything was perfect! Good price, new furniture and tidy rooms, super friendly and helpful front desk. However, the city center was quite far, metro station was only ~3 min. walk. Communication was not a problem at all! We had breakfast only once, then decided to buy food from the store around the corner, which was cheaper. There is a small fridge and microwave oven in the room. Близко метро, вокруг много баров, где можно поужинать в 2 раза дешевле, чем на Rambla. На соседней улице магазин продуктов Dia для тех, кто предпочитает готовить. В самом отеле приветливый персонал, новая мебель, чистота, есть лифт и парковка.Отличный отель, цена полностью соответствует качеству. Рекомендую!

Very clean rooms, nice bathroom, free wifi, location is 5 minute walk from metro line, good value for what you get

I had some laundry to get done and saw they offered laundry service - just had some tshirts, underwear and some shorts. I dropped off my laundry bag at the front desk and they said it would be ready the next day. Ended up getting way overcharged (75 eur) for the service and was not informed of the price beforehand, and they only dropped the price by 12 eur when I complained after I got it back.

Is a good compromise quality-position/price. Hotel is clean and close to metro station station. Also, you can walk to Sagrada F. in 15 min. Hotel staff is polite.

Nice hotel, located in a modern building unlike hotels in city center. Hotel is quite close to subway, about 5 min walking.

Hotel is a bit far from center, but it is compensated by its price. If you feel toilet smell in your room, check for blankets in wardrobe. In our case it was a cause of smell, although it was immediately replaced by hotel staff.

The location was great. Very near La Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was large by European standards, enough room for baby crib etc.

Balcony would have been nice, also more pillows in room.

La posizione, essendo pedecollinare, si vedeva il mare! La tranquillità della zona, dopo essere stata tutto il giorno nella confusione del turismo era un piacere. La vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana, sopratutto dopo che hai camminato tanto unita alla presenza della vasca da bagno per rilassarsi. Pulizia, confort e personale cortese.

La finestra del bagno non si apriva, c'era parte della scritta Hotel!

Jag tyckte att frukosten och städerskan var bra.

Att ha fönstret öppet när man sov var en omöjlighet för all trafik som rusade förbi fönstet. Det blev alldeles för varmt på rummet för airen fungarade inte den blåste varmluft.
