When checking in not all services were announced, E.G. room heating system needed deposit for remote - I never got to know rooms had any heating systems.

Good location rather close to: - public parking in the street, free of charge untill night hours - Alcampo supermarket - Santiago Bernabeu football stadium

Very poor breakfast for 6,5 eur with meals included worth just about 2 eur consisting of a cup of tea/coffe and a cooky/croissant We do not recommend to order such breakfast from them Buffet breakfast is a false info - do not trust it ! Also detected bad thermoinsulation and/or heating resulting in very cold rooms in winter

Clean and peaceful

When you you just look for a bed to sleep it is alright. Ugly carpet, Window as small as a mouse hole. Neighbourhood is ok. Far away from centre. You could get better hotels for that price in the city centre. In generalIi would not recommend it.

Nice hotel, cheap, with all services, good location. Safety place because on the same neighborhood with India and Czech embassies

All equipment, tools, and furniture in the hotel are very old, and tired. Do not park a car in hotel park place, it's embassy zone and I was fined to 90euro,

Its location to the airport,subway and football stadium

Camera e bagno ampi. Vicinanza della metro che collega con l'aeroporto. Staff cortese e disponibili. Pulizie quotidiane.

Penso che da quando è stato inaugurato, non abbiano cambiato 1 chiodo, ed è un peccato perchè avrebbe molte possibilità. Tende vecchie e strappate, isolamento termico degli infissi inesistente, tappeti e corsie in ingresso e sulle scale ultra usurate, termosifone della camera (dietro alla scrivania) con 3 dita di polvere, soffiti con ragnatele e pittura scrostata, vecchio televisore che quando si riscalda si spegne. Ripeto, è un peccato che lo abbiano lasciato andare; forse hano in programma di chiuderlo e non ci investono più. Ah,.. La domenica è chiuso se non ci sono clienti e dato che si deve lasciare l'hotel per le 12, se avete valige e l'aereo è alla sera ( come è capitato a noi), ve le dovete portare via.

Calefaccion ruidosa e ineficiente, habitacion congelada, ducha con chorro casi nulo. Servicio muy mal. Penoso

Hotel tranquil. Els recepcionistes han estat molt amables i atents. Les habitacions són dignes.

L'esmorzar val 6'50€ i ho vaig trobar car perquè hi havia molt poca cosa.

Me ha gustado la ubicacion y el buen trato del personal.

Lo unico que me ha fallado es la limpieza de los pasillos que te de la impresion al ver la moqueta que es un sitio sucio pero luego pasas a la habitacion y esta muy bien todo

Hay que pedir mando para la calefaccion y el estado de las habitaciones es bastante triste. Lamparas rotas, y accesorios de baño roto, asi como toallas agujereadas

Personal amable y sonriente

Sí el personal olvidó de comunicarnos que había que pedir el mando del aparato del aire acondicionado para tener calor en la habitación, nos encontramos con una habitación helada a medianoche (no hay calefacción colectiva) se debe poner el aparato del aire acondicionado. Tele con mala calidad de imagen. La cama bajita y con colchón muy usado. Sábanas limpias. Las cortinas mal planchadas y viejas y con el riel estropeado (nadábamos en la oscuridad). El baño glacial ya que el aire caliente no llegaba. 10 minutos de reloj hasta la llegada del agua caliente, toallas viejas y con agujeros, la alcachofa de la ducha atascada con la cal... Vaya una joya de hotel.
