Very clean room and helpful staff. Main restaurant is fabulous, best meal I ate in 10 days along with superb wine recommendation from the waiter!

Good Hotel, well priced, good location.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the historic section of town within walking distance to the castle and many quaint little restaurants and cafés. Our only regret was that we had to leave the next day to continue the Camino de Santiago.

No complaints, we'll stay here again if we get the chance!

Lovely stylish centrally located hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the main square and particularly enjoyed the people-watching.

The location was perfect; inside the pedestrian precinct and next to the castle. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was well appointed, lovely yet quaint. It was quite convenient to the Camino de Santiago. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Very central location in the old part of town

The lamps for reading in bed do not work individually, and the "free minibar" boils down to a 0,33 liter-bottle of water.

We couldnt find it using the address in our sat nav so I suggest use gps coordinates

The hotel is extremely well placed in Ponferrada's Old Town, right on the main square and close the the castle, cafe's, bars and shops. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Rooms were fairly spacious and scrupulously clean with excellent bathrooms and decent beds. Considering the central location of the hotel, the rooms were also surprisingly quiet at night. All in all an excellent experience and one I will repeat in the near future.

Comencé mi etapa del Camino en Ponferrada. Escogí el establecimiento por ubicación y rel calidad - precio. Un acierto, cuidado, limpísimo y personal servicial y profesional. Lo recomiendo fuertemente.

God beliggenhet. Nær sentrum og turistattraksjoner.

Vanskelig å forstå hvordan du skal kunne komme deg til hotellet med bil.

Die abzocke beim wäscheservice. Nur auf massives nachfassen preisnachlass erreicht!!!

La situation dans la vieille ville. Le confort et la décoration de la chambre (mur en pierres) ainsi que la vue sur la place. La salle du petit déjeuner, sympa, dans une ancienne cave en pierres.

el coche no llega al hotel, aunque se puede aparcar en la plaza (parking subterraneo) y subir al hotel

ya lo conociamos,volvimos porque esta muy centrico Y caldad precio nos parecio bien
