Difficult to find in the dark and finding the hotel from the internal lobby

The location, the staff, the attitude, the possibility to store luggage and have a shower after checkout.

The staff very polite, the location very close to everything in the city center. Clean room.j Change of towels every day.

Very tiny room, almost claustrophobic, not suggested for families, especially with a baby. No closets in the room, no fridge, so you can't even keep baby's milk, food or drinks. :(( No free parking around, you pay everywhere and quite expensive.

Everything! Terrific location in the city centre. Excellent & friendly staff. Safe haven in a fabulous city.

everything was perfect. room was a little small for 3 people, but not a problem.

The location is near the metro, and the staff are quite friendly.

The room is a little bit old and simple. You can clearly hear the sound outside.

The welcome was warm and helpfulness was excellent . We were allowed to leave our cases when we arrived early in the morning and until the evening of our departure although we had to vacate the rooms at 11AM , so we were able to continue sightseeing without the encumbrance of luggage .

There was nothing to dislike .

The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are so kindly and nice. The location is so easy to get to view sight.

Excellent position, very clean and silent room and really gentle people! It's possible visit the city without taking the tube! The staff was really gentle and at total guests disposal, ready to fulfill our requests. We don't speak Spanish and only bit of English but it was simple to communicate with them. I strongly suggest this hotel!

Staff were great, even if their English was not 100% - thats my problem. Location was great and easy to find. Breakfast was OK, its not the Ritz. Value was terrific.

We had a front room facing the street. I slept OK but my wife didn't. Apparently it was noisy (traffic and roudy people). And she said the heater made a clicking sound. I noticed the light switch did too!

Very frienly and helpfull receptionists, excellent location, very calm and comfortable rooms. We visited Madrid for the football match; Real Madrid & Galatasaray.. We lost the game but we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in the city

Excellent location, staff very helpful and really friendly.

It's really convenient to go to Sol and Plaza Mayor, so we have many choices of meal. The room is OK~Service is sweet~

Wifi is not connected sometimes, but for most time it's ok. The door is small of the hostel so maybe you'll not sure if the door is hostel'S.

Recently renovated. Very helpful and friendly staff. Confortable mattress and very good shower. Very good windows with excellent noise reduction

The bedroom was quite noisy due to the type of the mattress support but in the complex it is not a real problem

Friendly staff,very centrally located to plaza mayor and city centre,easy to commute(tirso de molina metro station 100m away),proximity to the monuments on foot also,rooms overlook on a relatively quiet road easy to sleep.

Bed matress a little hard to sleep on.

Simple but decent breakfast in a stylish cafe next door unfortunately served only on workdays and after 8.45 - too late for early birds

We liked the location. It was far enough away from the main square in Sol to avoid most of the noise and central to all the sights of Madrid.The Metro was only 50 metres away so we didn't have to carry our suitcases far.

There wasn't much room to put away your clothes, but as we were only staying for 4 nights, this wasn't too much of an issue. The road outside was quite noisey with cars passing, but when we were leaving and mentioned this to the staff, she said that we should book an inside room the next time we went instead of an outside facing room. This was good to know for the next time if we should go to Madrid again.

Excellent location, no need for metro. Very nice staff. We will come back to this hostal .
