Its fantastic the staff is very Nice , the breakfast is good and Nice place, the flowers are amazing , very Nice place to stay in Barcelona

Everything, in our mind it's absolutely the best hotel in Barcelona

The only thing are the pillows two large and two small, nothing in between.

Our room 1811 stank with a smell of stale tobacco and closed up space . They tried to remedy to this but not successfully with an ioniser . May I suggest they check the smell before receiving guests . this was my second stay at this hotel and I was quite disappointed

Perfectly situated on the beach, stayed in apartments which had breathtaking views.

The restaurants in the hotel were pretentious, overpriced and not even nice food.

The customer service at this hotel is just great and there were always staff to greet you when you entered or left the hotel. The concierge desk helped us make a booking for New Years Eve at Cafe Morelia, which was lovely and we really appreciated their assistance.Our room was spacious and very comfortable with thoughtful touches like a turn down service each night. The other standout for me were the gorgeous floral arrangements in the Hotel, which we were told change regularly. The smell was divine!

Although we found the accomodation relatively affordable, eating at the hotel was very expensive. As there were no tea/coffee making facitiies in the room we found an all day coffee shop just around the corner which was a much more afffordable option than paying hefty prices for a pot of tea at the Hotel.

Excellent rooms and friendly efficient professional staff

My 8 days stay in Arts Barcelona is really wonderful and the hospitality was excellent. The staff from door man to reception and concierge recommended us to wonderful city of Barcelona. we will coming back to this hotel for our holidays.

The level of service at the hotel is fantastic, the staff can't do enough for you and the views are amazing.

Great staff. Fantastic location. Very good food (not cheap but certainly worth it). Quality of room finishing is very high and beds are very comfortable. I would stay here again.

25 Euro / day for internet in the rooms. Considering the price for staying at the hotel internet should be free (1hr/day in the lobby - not acceptable). 6 Euro tray charge.

View and the spa and the resturants.

The location was great and the hotel was clean, cool with excellent services.

The food and drinks was so expensive. I have never seen hotels with those kind of prices (and I stay at many 5 star hotels)

Excelent location, luxurios, excelent services. The rooms and the views are magnificent.

It has direct access to the beach - fabulous for sun bathing during the day and great restaurants and bars in the night. The rooms are large and the view, especially from the higher floors, is of the beach on one side and the city on the other. There is a metro and bus stop right next to the hotel and the Barcelona City Hop on and Hop Off bus has a stop right next to the hotel. So though the hotel is not located in the historial quarter/gothic quarter, its only a convenient bus ride away.

We had a sea view suite. Wonderful location and very friendly staff. They are always around to further assist you. Stunning breakfast buffet.

(Some) rooms need renovating as they start showing their age. For this price it should look brand new. Always. Price for breakfast is to be paid extra.

Grossly overpriced. Pool too small and always full They charge extra for everything they can at ridiculous prices. Typical prices are 10 times the cost in the shops. 25 euros a day for wifi is robbery. Nobody who uses a luxury hotel wants to be without email and wifi. The hotel is taking advantage at the room rates they charge, it should be free as should free tea and coffee in the rooms

It was my first time in barcelona and they made my stay so amazing and such an excellent stay that i definitely wanna go back there with my wife next year. Nice hotel. Nice people. Amazing service. And amazing beach and resorts all around the hotel that make your nights just restless. Viva Arts :)

I think it might be great if they they consider changing and renewing carpets here and there though we know it's cause they are overwhelmingly used cause of hotel congestion during the year.

The service was excellent and the staff very friendly.

The pool is very small and the hotel does not have acess to the beach bearing in mind its a 5 star hotel.

Excessively expensive meals/ only restaurant where you could have something light is "Bites" and the quality and service is not commensurate with the price!

My husband and I went there for our honeymoon our Experience was great. The stuff was friendly

They didn't bring the trolly when we asked for it on the day day we wanted to check out T. They kept on saying it's on it's way and we were about to miss our flight so we ended up carrying our bags down !!!

Beautiful property. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling with a friend that was sick and they were extremely accommodating offering to send ginger ale and crackers to the room. Very nice.
