Wifi signal in bedroom didn't work beds too hard no facility to park and checkin before parking in carpark

Position, right next to a great shopping mall which is open until 11.00pm on Sunday evgs. Parking and situation great for passing through onto way to Bilbao. Breakfast was very adequate.

Beds were very hard and pillows very poor. Unfortunately because of this did not really sleep. Did tell them but they lsaid they knew.

Parking facility, price, location, wifi, comfortable and clean room.

Difficult to find - road was not found on our gps and there was not a good sign directing to the hotel.

they had not transfer from airport to hotel and come back that we paid for going 120 Euro and back to airport 110 Euro by my self for bus!!!!!

We stayed on our way back to Santander from the Costa Del Sol. It was very convenient and left us about 3.5 hours driving left to get to the ferry. It was right next to the motorway but with very little noise. The large shopping centre next door was ideal for a quick easy meal. Having a pool on top of the hotel was interesting - we only ever stay in somewhere with a pool so that we can get the kids cool after a hot journey. The free underground parking was also very helpful.

The pool was small, but I'd struggle to say there was anything we didn't like.

The hotel is an ideal place to stay if like us you are travelling from the Costa Del Sol to Santander as it is very easy to access from the a1. It is a very modern hotel with excellent facilities and is adjacent to a large shopping centre and lots of places to eat all within a two minute walk from the hotel. Free secure parking was also included .

I found the free wi-fi to be virtually non existent and reported it to reception but problem was not solved whilst I was there. The beds were very firm to the point of being uncomfortable..

Loved the swimming pool, but the whole hotel was nice, good value and the rooms spacious.

There was no airport shutle at the weekend and it was very expensive to get a taxi from the airport.

My mother and I went there because there was a concert of our favourite singer in a closed neighbourhood. As we were already there we went to do shopping in the huge mall just in front of the hotel. We also visited madrid. We didn't have any car and we didn't want to pay for taxi so we took the train at the station Alcobendas-San Sebastian de Los Reyes. The way to the station is very easy, always straight but you have to walk 30 minutes to go and 30 to come back. But we are used to walk so it wasn't a big problem. The breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice which is rare! Wide varety but small buffet. We were there in Marsh so not a lot of people in the hotel, but maybe in summer it won't be nice. We made a bargain booking the hotel only 44 euros per room per night and breakfast included. If you compare to a hostel in the city center it will cost you the same but the geografical situation is not the same. You have to choose. But for me it worsed to walk 30 minute to the train station but then you get to a nice hotel with nice rooms.

The people at the reception weren't very friendly. As always the most friendly are the roomkeppers and the people at the restaurant. But I didn't find that people at reception had a great interest about us. And a it is a 4 star hotel in spain. But I used to clean bedrooms in a 4 star hotel in Blgium and in comparison to Artruo Norte the one in Belgium is like a 5 star hotel. The free way to the airport is only in specific hours from monday to friday. So we had to take the train when we arrived on friday afternoon in Madrid and than on Monday we had the free way to the airport in the morning.

It is close to a very nice mall and lots of restraurants. Nice hotel with a good value for the money.

En lineas Generales el Hotel esta bastante bien.

Las habitaciones son grandes y los colchones confortables. Buenas comunicaciones para moverte en coche. No se oyen ruidos.

Nos dieron una habitación con cama de matrimonio bastante incomoda y muy fría. Es la primera vez que nos ha ocurrido, en otras ocasiones la habitación siempre ha sido buena, aún así volveremos. La primera noche reservé para 2 personas por internet, como me quede yo sola otra noche mas reservé por teléfono, pagué mas por la noche que pasé sola que por la reserva en internet para dos. Mejor coger bebidas en la máquina de recepción porque las de la nevera de la habitación son carísimas.
