We had to change our room 3 times. Had to sleep on incontanent covers. Carpets filthy. Bath Chipped. Dust everywhere. Noise from outside chimney ventilators. Tv antique. No Light Bulb in standard lamp. Not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Bar Staff rood. Breakfast facility lacking - no milk - no juices - no bread. No proper restaurant. Had to eat out. No lounge area to relax. Very poor for a 4 star hotel. Nothing.

The room was cute and the Kitchener was helpful how ever the utensils were very poor quality and burn easily the food. Subway station was not so far away and a cheap supermarket. The rates at the restaurant of the hotel are reasonable. The morning receptionist should be more friendly. Her attitude is correct but never enough for this bussines. Didn't even give us the full information on arrival. I had ask for a early check in, as I wasnt sure didn't confirm it in advance, on arrival I was given a bill including the 18euros fee without even asking me... I had to take it. The shower was awful, all water came out since the glass door did not stop it. At the kitchen we didn't have a clothe or any soap... The utensils were very poor and burnt our dinner... The Internet signal was also poor.. The location is really bad as the neighbor nearby... For that price I didn't expect too much, but I felt disappointed of the staff.

Su cerecania al metro y al bus, facil aparcar en la zona. habitaciones muy amplias y con servicio de microondas, nevera... Nos pusieron en una habitación con mucha suciedad en la moqueta y en paredes. El colchon estaba hundido. Nos cambiaron a otra habitacion,sin problemas. Al hotel le sobran 1 o 2 estrellas. Está algo deteriorado.

El personal en general un 10. Muy amables, atentos y simpáticos. La recepción y el bar-restaurante son muy bonitos. La habitación no es de un 4 estrellas. He estado en 2 estrellas mucho mejores. El colchón horroroso, se te clavan todos los muelles.

Edullinen hinta, hyvät tilavat huoneet. Sujuva yhteys lentokentälle ja suhteellisen lähellä keskustaa. Rauhallinen paikka. Aamiainen menettelee. Sijainti esikaupunkialueella. Läheltä ei löydy ruokaravintolaa eikä ehkä muitakaan palveluja. Hotellin ravintolan ruokalista heikohko ja ruoka korkeintaan tyydyttävä.

Personale ottimo e camere spaziosissime l hotel veniva presentato in zona abbastanza centrale, mentre dista a mezz'ora dal centro con la metro!!!!! In piu avevo richiesto un letto matrimoniale e mi hanno dato una camera con due letti singoli. L'angolo cottura non aveva pentole e la cassaforte era rotta.

La cocina en la habitación, muy práctica. Un gran espejo. Habitación muy amplia. Las camas estaban un poco anticuada. Nos pusieron dos, en vez de una doble como pedimos.
