Gut erreichbar mit Bus und U-Bahn. Liegt an einer ruhigen Stadtlage Die Zimmerhygiene läst zu wünschwen über. 1. Badzimmerabläufe sollten gereinigt werden (Verstopfung) 2. Dusch-Glaswand auf Badwanne Schmutzig und Haarreste. 3. Bettüberzug weist muttige Gerüche auf. 4. Bodenteppich reinigen oder gelegentlich erneuern. Restaurant bitte Teller und Besteck richtig reinigen und spülen. Tellerrand ist sehr sehr unappetitlch. (ev Grundreinigen)

Cuarto de baño y equipamiento del mismo, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Tranquilidad. El personal de recepción, sobretodo el hombre, muy seco y serio, parco en palabras. No te informan de los horarios de desayuno ni nada, se limitan a darte nº de habitación. Almohadas extremádamente duras, incómodas. Poco tienen que ver las fotografías con la realidad. Televisor antigüo y mal ubicado para ver desde la cama, al estar colocado demasiado bajo. No me resultó un hotel confortable ni su personal (salvo una chica de la planta), demasiado amable ni expresivo.

el hotel está muy bien, bien atendido, limpieza bien tambien. no me ha gustado que en la habitacion la lampara de pie no funcionaba y la de una mesilla tampoco, era una habitacion doble y solamente había utiles de aseo para una sola persona.

El personal Las instalaciones excepto el garaje. Muy importante: Deberian acometer muy urgentemente el cambio o eliminacion de la moqueta de las habitaciones y pasillos por lo muy deteriorada que esta y que aparenta suciedad y abandono. No es posible quitarse los zapatos por miedo a coger hongos. Cuando solucionen este problema, sera un hotel muy recomendable

La proximidad al domicilio familiar en donde nos reunimos para celebrar estas fechas. Está muy bien comunicado por autobús. Ya son 4 años seguidos en los que paso estas fechas en el hotel y en esta ocasión, el garaje me ha parecido demasiado caro. Por otra parte, la habitación era peor que en otras ocasiones. Pienso que sería bueno que la "fidelidad" del cliente se premiara, dándole prioridad en ciertos detalles.

la posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Madrid con i mezzi pubblici nonchè la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo. (forse soltanto i materassi)

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. La conexión wifi no funcionó en ningún momento en ninguno de los 4 servidores que tenían, ni si quiera conectando el cable ethernet. La variedad del desayuno, personalmente, la espera más amplia, pero estuvo bien.

Elegimos el hotel porque se encontraba cerca de donde vive la amiga a la que íbamos a visitar y el precio y la zona son buenas. Hay autobuses que comunican perfectamente el hotel con Ventas y el metro está a 5 minutos andando en línea recta según sales del hotel a la izquierda. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, con calefacción y manta. El baño amplio, limpio, con toallas decentes y secador potente. Se trata de una apartahotel por lo que en la habitación, además de las camas, tienes una mesita con dos sillones y una pequeña cocina con nevera, menaje, fuegos. Nosotras no lo hemos utilizado pero es un plus a tener en cuenta. Se supone que tiene 4 estrellas pero, a pesar de la limpieza, las habitaciones no son demasiado nuevas. Disponía de restaurante que por las noches estaba siempre lleno. El desayuno era caro, 11€ persona, aunque era buffet. Nosotras no lo cogimos así que no podemos opinar sobre el mismo.

Si elegis este hotel no os recomiendo desayunar en la cafeteria Mallorca que esta justo al lado. Todo un lujo. No funcionaba la tele y le sobra 1 estrella y media.

Lo fácil que es de llegar desde el aeropuerto y sus accesos, la tranquilidad que lo rodea y la facilidad para aparcar el coche. La habitación para dos personas tenía cosas que solo eran para una (como un solo cepillo de dientes). Al estar un poco apartado no hay mucho comercio cerca al que se pueda ir andando, pero se suple con la facilidad de aparcar.
