The staff was really friendly :) the bathrooms where spotless clean! The breakfast is a cafe just next door.

The location was excellent, the staff heplful, the room was typically spanish in style which made a very nice change.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Our parking fee was very kindly waived because we had so much difficulty finding the hotel.Also liked the free wi-fi and the proximity to old town/gorge, shops and cafes. Ronda itself is beautiful with spectacular views - we recommend the paseo de las inglesas. A well-kept local secret!

The hotel was very difficult to find and you have to be very careful what you program into the Sat Nav. The address supplied by Booking.com was not recognised by our recently purchased Tomtom, and the hotel name took us to the wrong location. We asked two shopkeepers who had never heard of the hotel. A third directed us to the sister hotel Arunda 2. Eventually a phone call to the hotel from a local shopkeeper helped us reach the hotel. Calle Serrato, off Plaza de Ahorro is where you need to be. The hotel entrance is just beyond Calle Serrato. Parking is very difficult in Ronda and we were thankful that we had reserved parking at the hotel. The breakfast was adequate (tea/coffee, fresh orange juice, toast with pate and jam) but we were slightly put off by the margarine spread tub being passed from table to table!

breakfast seemed a littler over priced for what we got. We had to pay extra for our second cup of coffee.

The staff was helpful and polite, the room was as nice as any of the far more expensive hotels I`ve been staying at in the same area. Really close to everything in Ronda. Private parking inside with surveillance, motorcycles have free parking.

Easy access from train station. Close to shops and tourist locations. Staff friendly and helped when necessary. Breakfast was available from 7.00- 12.00 Room had a small bathtub and after long days walking was lovely to have. Budget friendly and we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights

The location is rather good - on the central street walking by which you come to the main places of interests. Good room with heating, that was important in winter. Friendly staff.

It's rather difficult to find free parking near, buts it's a problem of almost all spanish towns.

This place was a great location. The car park was good value for 8 euros. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location to the train station is excellent, all of the main attractions are a short walk away.

Small, charming, family hotel, well located, is about 5-7 minutes walk from the city center, the bridge and the old town. The room a bit small, but clean and well maintained. Our double room was with a normal double mattress (not obvious in Spain), and with tiny balcony that comes out to the main street of Ronda, very nice and you can soak up the atmosphere at the top. The woman who runs the hotel, Anna Marie, is very, very nice, pleasant and welcoming. Although she does not speak English at all, but she tried to explain things to us in Spanish and helped us with any question, problem or request. Although it's difficult to find parking on the streets near the hotel, especially free parking, but the hotel has arrangement in underground parking, one minute walk from the hotel, at a reduced price of 8 euros per day - definitely a very reasonable price. It also has well functioning Wi-Fi in the room.

Nothing, everything was great!

The. Room is clean and cosy. Even though its small it still feels comfortable. Free wi-fi is a big plus for me, it means I can listen to radio stations from back home & send / receive emails.

Only one member of staff seems to speak any english at all.

The staff were as helpful as possible even though we didnt share a common language! The location was perfect for public transportation as it was very close to the train station and also about 10 minutes from the bus station. The breakfast was included in the price!!

On the border of the city center, walking distance to sights, but possible to park a car in the street. Staff was helpful, moved us to a double room after a day. They phoned the car rental company for us on request.

Staff did not speak any English. We did not get a double room (but a twin room instead) when we arrived, even though we clearly indicated that on our reservation. They moved us to a double room the next day, though.

The price/quality of this place is great. The hotel has everything you need for a short stay in Ronda and it's ideally located between the station and the old city.

It's a nice hotel for the price. The location is 5min from the train station and 10min from the bus station. There is a 10min walk to the Puente Nuevo and the bullring. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. There is a supermarket 5meters from the hotel.

It's on a very busy street, so people who like to sleep long (or at least after 9 o'clock) won't get much sleep. The street is noisy and crowded. The rooms are also poorly isolated so you can hear everything (we had some extremely noisy neighbours).
