Great location Value for money Neat & cosy rooms Helpful staff Dedicated car parking, reasonably priced
Staff is a bit rush though he doesnt seem to do anthing else
After we changed rooms, things were better. It cost more but was comfortable and clean. Good location.
We booked the economy room but upon arriving discovered that it was a small closed space with no outside window. It smelled heavily of cleaning solution and there was no way to air it out. We asked to be changed and for $10 euros more, we were given a habitable room.
The room was spacious, very clean, and well heated. It had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. I liked the late (midday) checkout, and the proximity to the town, attractions, and bus/train stations was great!
My room didn't have a window to the outside of the property (it did have a small window, facing into the stairwell- not very useful, private, or secure in my opinion), so the room was without natural light and I was unable to get fresh air into the room. The smell of the cleaning products when I first arrived was overwhelming (aggravated no doubt by the lack of window to air out the room before my arrival).
Fast free wifi, secure parking garage under the hotel E7 per night, clean, supermarket close by, short walk to the centre.
Having to pay for parking my motorcycle
Good central location, spacious and clean room, parking garage. Breakfast consists of exactly 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 (large) toasted bread with a small selection of butter, jam etc. That is of course not what breakfast means in other hotels, but it was completely sufficient considering the price we paid.
When we arrived, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone showed up at reception, without any apology (there were about 10 people waiting by that time). We had the car in a no-parking zone in front of the hotel, so that was quite inconvenient. Apart from keeping us waiting the reception guy didn't really give us reason for complaints, to be fair he let us leave the car in the garage a couple of hours after checkout. Still his ways were slightly condescending and unpleasant.
Really sweet place, great spot
Staff were unhelpful didn't seem bothered
Top floor balcony shared with washing lines, stff spoke no english and were barely friendly and gave no information on anything at all.
The hotel was very good. Private parking for a reasonable price, brilliant staff (special thanks to the guy that kept my camera...), room was clean and quite spacious. Walking distance from the "old town". Good value for money
Location. Breakfast, cleanliness
The hotel is near by city center(less than 10 min walk). It has an underground parking, unfortunatly it was full when we came so we had to park somewhere else and come at 14 again. The room was nice and had a small balcony.
Breakfast was very basic and did not have much of fresh food (tomatoe concentrate for your toasts)
Great location, very close to the puente nuevo and puente viejo. They offer a room with a parking space which is great and saves you lots of time! Staff was very helpful - they even woke us up at 4am to make sure we will manage to get to the airport on time
Wi-fi wasn't really working after 8-9pm. Not sure why as it was perfectly fine during the day. View from our window was a bit disappointing but after all hotel is in a city centre so what can you expect!
Location ok. Friendly atmosphere.
No activities for children. Not possible to eat at hotel.
This Hotel is an excellent spot to access all the spots you would like to see in Ronda and provides a cozy, comfortable, warm, clean environment with enclosed parking, breakfast and it has an elevator! All was provided to us for 43 Euros!! The furniture and decor is quality and the free Wifi worked wonderful. We found it quiet in the evening even though we had a front facing room with a balcony. There is no question that I would stay there again and suggest it to anyone going to Ronda. There is a great market on a nearby corner and a wonderful open parking lot near by in the event that you need to park your car after checkout or before check in. We found it on Booking.com which is a great place to shop for these boutique hotels. “If your desire a balcony room, request it. There are only a few available. Our room was #119. It was right above the lobby.”
All was great!
Location. Price. Cleanliness. Comfort.
Aloofness of the staff - essentially if they could have ignored me completely I am sure they would have been happy to so. It made checking in and even paying on check out difficult. They did not want to engage with their customers. Fine by me in general but when you sort of have to stamp and shout to attract some attention to pay the bill a little annoying
dobrá poloha bohatá snídaně
nekuřácké, ale to někomu nemusí vadit
Enthousiastic guy at the reception desk Quite a big room, balcony was a plus Located 20m of big car park (behind another building, it does not spoil the view at all!) Parking under hotel (though we didn't use it)
A lot of noise from nabour room, especially the bathroom.
no fresh air circulation
just about everything
no fresh tomato with the toast and the wi fi did not have any power
Great location, within walking distance of all the attractions. A major plus was on site parking. Breakfast was orange juice, a toasted roll, which was huge, plus an assortment of jams, pate etc and tea or coffee. The rooms were extremely clean. I requested a balcony and we were given a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony and table and chairs which was great to sit out and watch the people go by. Not at all noisy as the hotel is set back from the street. Great value for a central location, would recommend!
The decor in the bedrooms a little outdated ,(green walls), otherwise, all good!
The hotel was good value for money, close to the train station, quiet neighborhood. The wifi was not bad. Had an old tv, but music channel did the job.
The room was a bit dark and looked old. The receptionist was never in place and was always in a hurry. Some walk to the old town part (10 min).
