Quiet room with a spacious shower and clean. The bed was really comfortable and great black out curtains which makes for good sleep. Liked it all

This is a modern clean hotel very close and convenient to Alicante Airport. We arrived late evening and were able to eat and drink in the attached restaurant which is open 24 hours. Staff were very helpful and appeared to work in both restaurant and hotel. The room for three was excellent value for money, clean, comfortable and well equipped with towels, toileteries etc. There is a seperate parking area for hotel guests which is semi secured.

Proximity to airport Beds too hard and food mediocre. Room not very clean. Location not clear in directions and was on wrong side of motorway for the direction we were travelling.

Clean, spacious and comfortable, business-class accommodation just 5 mins from Alicante airport, with easy access when heading south (other comments suggest otherwise when heading north). Reception closes 0030- 0700, but check in is still available via the 24-hr airport-style cafeteria on the side. Large room with modern finish, good functional bathroom with walk-in shower and proper hair dryer, soap, shampoo and gel. Wifi free and worked well in room. Parking easy and free; petrol on site! A comfy stay for late/early flights from Alicante. No complaints – it was more than adequate for my purposes (an unexpected overnight following a flight delay) and at a good value-quality price on this site.

Rooms were quiet despite of hotel standing right on the highway. Hotel provides decent sleep to a tired driver. In the restaurant downstairs, they serve Menu of the day around the clock. No problems with parking whatsoever. It is a bit complicated to reach the hotel (coming from Alicante) even though it is visible from the highway. Free WiFi was heavily advertised throughout the hotel, but receptionist claimed it is not working.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort for the price charged. I was disappointed with the quality of the restaurant, but as it is alongside the motorway I ought to have expected a motorway services type food to be on offer.

Having arrived in Alicate, we used the A.s Express in Elche overnight, until the faimily could go down to our villa. We all agreed that we would use the hotel again in future.

Rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Location is at best mis-communicated. While the hotel is located close to the airport there is no mention that getting to the airport by taxi costs €20-25. Additionally getting to the nearest town of Elche is exorbitant - 7 minute drive in taxi to outskirts of town costing €20. There is no mention in the promotional material that the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere !

Excellent value for money. Rooms very clean, modern and comfortable. Advantage of a 24 hour cafe and free Wifi. Much better value for money than comparable uk hotel chains. Will certainly be booking a room for my next business trip.

La Tranquilidad,las instalaciones, comodidad muy práctico al tener la cafetería 24 horas Pues en nuestro caso, en la habitación que estábamos que el grifo de la ducha no se sujetaba en el soporte, lo intenté y me cayo en la cabeza, tenias que ducharte con el grifo en la mano.

Trato del personal correcto, buen hotel relación calidad/precio. Ofrecen Wi-Fi gratis pero la señal era muy mala y apenas se podia usar. Entrada complicada al hotel si vienes por la autovia en sentido Alicante.
