Aan alles was gedacht.

Regelmatig ging de lift stuk maar als je belde kwamen ze dit dit zsm herstellen.

Mooi ingericht appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij het centrum van de stad.

Lawaai. Op de eerste plaats lawaai van gasten van andere appartementen, nog nooit in zo'n gehorig appartement geslapen. Verder werd tijdens ons verblijf verbouwd aan de gevel. Eénmaal zijn we daarom ons appartement overdag ontvlucht, zo erg was het lawaai.

Prima ligging

Veel lawaai overlast van andere gasten, waaronder een verdieping waar de gehele nacht een aantal dames als hoer aan het werk waren, jammer, echter ik denk dat dit niet door de eigenaar kan worden tegengehouden kan worden.

Prachtige ruime flat, dichtbij Place de Catalunya.150 m van metrostation. Mooie omgeving!

Mooie lokatie en veel comfort. Vlakbij het historische centrum?

Goede ontvangst met uitleg over alle voorzieningen en omgeving van het appartement. Mits de juiste route gevolgd, is het slechts 10 min. lopen naar Plaza Catalunya. Appartement ligt in een rustige woonwijk met prachtige gebouwen. Supermarkt om de hoek en klein terrasje naast de deur. Metrostation Urquinaona is 5 min. lopen. Inrichting van appartement is nieuw en ziet er zeer verzorgd uit.

Het tweepersoonsbed in de grote slaapkamer is aan de korte/kleine kant. Kleine kinderslaapkamer heeft een stapelbed, dus totaal krappe slaapgelegenheid voor drie volwassen personen. Terras op het dak is voor gezamenlijk gebruik en ligt in de volle zon. Er waren geen parasols aanwezig, dus het was niet mogelijk om hier overdag te zitten.

A lovely, clean, spacious apartment. The location is excellent. In a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby, cafes and restaurants. Just a few blocks from the metro and city centre. We would definitely return.

The appartment was located in the heart of Barcelona. Just downstairs were 2 restaurants with nice food

We stayed for 3 nights and we only had 1 towel a person!

Check in process was smooth and convenient. The information provided on the apartment and the area were excellent and the accommodations were perfect size and location for what we needed

Nice place to stay. Convenient to visit most of the monuments/museums of the city. The appartment we had was quite big and well equiped (2 bathrooms - good point for big families). Nice people and very kind attention at our arrival (a bootle of wine).

We experienced a slite problem with the heater (hot water arrives and goes) but the issue was kindly and efficiently solved within the day. Some minor disturbence of people walking heavily on the above appartment in the early morning.

A tidy little self-contained apartment near the middle of the city.

Fantastic location - quiet but just minutes from Placa Catalunya. Very comfortable too. And very efficient service throughout.

The apartment is huge & beautifully laid out. It is walking distance to the city centre. There are some nice bars & restaraunts just downstairs. The supermarket is just around the corner.

Lovely large apartment, we were a family of 7 adults on a family city break. The aprtment is in a good area we felt perfectly safe it is very close to Catalonia plaza so good for all travel links. The staff met us with no problem and when we coundn't work the boiler they instructed us over the phone fixing the issue very quickly. We have no hesitaion in recommending the appartment.

The only problem we had was when eating in one night there were no oven dishes. A small point.

Staff is friendly, and excellent location (walking distance to most of the attraction) in a quite neighborhood. Good place to stay with friends as 3 rooms to fit 6 adults to stay.

The aparment was not ready when checking in in afternoon. Also not convinience to storage luggage if late check out (only able to store luggage till 18:00). Also apartment A with no window facing outside.

Just great location as close to main sightseeng

Very dark/small/dirty/noisy flat. No service at all - Internet was repaired after requests than five days gone/and just one cleaning during 14 days of stay

The location was good central but not noisy during the day. The private terrace attached to the attic apartment is a nice touch. Fantastic deli on the corner - wonderful food and wine. Being able to stay late on the Monday last day. Excellent standard of cleanliness even though it's at the back end of the season. Thank you to the Aspasios team for their flexibility letting me in early and check out late. Also for the cycling maps of Barca - great touch.

The lift - having to take bags up separately and then dismantling the bike to get it back in the lift to go out on it. The stairs aren't lit from the 4th floor to the attic door Getting smacked on the head by the curtain rail that isn't fixed properly. The noise at night - the buses pull along at the intersection all night! This place is so quiet during the day as well it's a shame

Very efficient check in. Very comfortable, well equiped spacious apartment. Free Wifi is also provided. Very conveniently located near Place Catalunya and other touristic spots.

4 of the light blubs blown during our 1 week stay. Should do better with using more reliable or low energy bulbs.

We were promised to get a certain appartment (the same like last year) and were a little disappointed to know that finally we couldn't get it... But the staff was very nice - like always.... and they accepted to cancel one night (of a three nights stay) - because we could only come one day later than planned... that was more than correct. All in all : Very good accomodation !!

spacious apartments with washing machine and own laundry. good cable TV. good wifi. quiet neighborhood. not too far from metro.

no 24 hour reception, so make sure you get there on time. have to clean up otherwise extra charges.

We loved the location of the apartment, less than 10 minutes walking distance from Place Catalunya and the Rambla. The apartment was very spacious and clean, the kitchen well appointed. We'll definitely go back if we go to Barcelona again.

We had an apartment courtyard side. Therefore no view and very little light. But we didn't really care since we weren't in the apartment during the day...too many things to do in Barcelona!!

I liked, the helpfull assistance of the staff for me and my children of 13 years old: mainly diana,but also carlos and andres. Which has modern equipment, including a washing machine (which nobody knews how to used the dryer, because is very new).

Very good location, english speaking and nice personnel. Room clean, tidy and well equipped. Keys easily available for late arrival. Quiet at night.

All as expected from booking.com web page.
