The reception staff were exceptional in their help and efficiency. Overall the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment was the best I have stayed in to date in Barcelona (and I have stayed in approximately 8 other apartments in the city). Location wise this was perfect, not noisy and convenient for many of the attractions if that is what people require. However, the plethora of nearby drinking and eating establishments will keep the weary traveller fed and watered from a limited budget to a 'no strings attached' account. I can honestly say that this was by far the best apartment I have yet used in Barcelona and is an equivalent to a 5* hotel in the same district. Well done to all concerned.

Great location, slightly off the tourist route but close enough to walk into town. Excellent value for money if you are a group of 4 or more.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with all modern facilities.Great location. Convenient to all necessity. Walking distances to markets, restaurants, subways...The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

After the first day, there were no supply of toilet tissues, shampoos, shower gels. Our beds weren't made. We had to fight to be first to take a hot shower as you wouldn't have hot water right away if you were the next. Wish that the apartment management could tell us early what to expect and what not to expect so that we could prepare ourselves like bringing own our toilet tissues at least.

Apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and useful commodities were provided (cleaning, dishwasher tablets!)

Upon arrival in the area of the apartments we found it difficult to find them! The taxi driver could not locate them! It took a very helpful and kind couple and their daughter nearly an hour to find them! And they were local to the area! So therefore not a great start to our stay in Barcelona.

Everything at the appartment was excellent. Could grab a taxi almost instantly on the street, we found it the easiest way to get about, very friendly drivers and prices reasonable too.

We are grandparents travelling with older grandchildren,so we found there to be a lack of restaurants in the area ( probably because it was August), lots of fast food places though, if that is your thing.

The apartment was clean, modern, great location, and it had great facilities. We loved the 2 washrooms and the staff was excellent. The space was excellent for 5 people and we felt very safe. The beds were comfortable and the staff accommodated our early check-in for an extra price.

We had 2 problems with the apartment: the hot water tank was not big enough for 5 people so we ran out of hot water after 2 people had showers. The staff should inform the clients about the small tank. Also the television was only working in Arabic and we had no idea how to change it.To be fair, I have to say our situation was special as we checked in very early and then we were on a trip all day and did not return to the hotel until very late at night so the lack of communication cannot be blamed solely on the staff. A good experience nevertheless.

Very nice and tidy appartments, very good localization - good choice

It is a very quiet, comfortable, clean appartment hotel with all necessary facilities, even with oven. The location is good because it is situated between two metrolines, in 10 minutes to all touristic views and places. The staff on the reception is very nice. When we arrived they complimented us with a bottle of very good wine. We definitely recommend to stay here.

First of all, we had only two small towels during the stay (5 nights) - one for legs and one for hands. And nothing changed when we asked the staff to bring us more. Also, our room lived its own life especially at nights)) the shower began dripping very loud, different short noises appeared.

It is really nice place, well organized and with a reallz good staff. We meet a guy there, called Carlos, that was so friendly and helpfull. Thanks very much for the time that we were in Barcelona.
