Great Location in centre and Friendly staff (when around)who followed booking request got nice modern quiet room upgraded to small suites (with the extra pillows)
Unmanned reception so could not get into hotel/check in had to ask another guest to let us in building.Need more staff around as this was mid-day. If they full why only 1 member of front office/management staff ?Bathroom looked v good but walk in shower leaked over floor and inadequate fittings sink plugs dint work and neither did heating/air con.
VERY nice and helpful staff at the reception. Gave advices for Tapaz and dinner, organised a 'private' tour in Bodega Tradicion, helped me with opening hours of Escuela Andaluza Ecuestre
Coffee/tea maker would be great
Anna at reception was very helpful! The location was right beside alcazar and also quite near the city plaza which was so convinient. breakfast could do better. WIFI was pretty good.
room was dark.
The staff were very good and room was clean and well equipped. Wifi worked consistently. The hotel is close to the castle and the cathedral and close to bars and restaurants. We were directed to a car park about 2 minutes away where there was a special offer for €5 for 24h stay. (Don't park in the car park outside the hotel as this does not have the offer.)
Breakfast was average, not bad, not good. Coffee machine didn't work property.
Great location, very close to all amenities, professional staff who where helpful and polite. Room was large, clean and bed was queen size.Bathroom was very clean.Maid service in the evening was evident whilst we were out. Have stayed in two other hotels in Jerez and this has been the best.
Allthough difficult to find , once you're in , it is the best location for visiting Jerez. Excellent breakfast
not much charm; cheap design very small swimming pool
Location, large rooms.
The room was cold when we arrived.got warmer later after asking how to turn on CH but I would have liked to be able to take my coat off when we arrived.
Breakfast dishes, closeness to car park, very helpful staff.
Very modern decoration in historic building, personnel helpful. The bed was large and comfortable.
Sauna/Steamroom/Fitness area has tiny toilet/shower area for changing with only one hook for clothes. No towels either.
Clean room and bathroom
Very noisy you could hear every door close or people moving around the other floors of the hotel
This hotel was a great jumping off point for exploring Jerez. My mother and I had booked a standard room for two nights and a superior room for the third night (when I made the reservations the superior room was not available). When we arrived, they upgraded or room to superior for the whole stay! The room was lovely, the bathroom was huge, and the beds were comfortable. There was a bit of street noise, but it wasn't too bothersome.
Nice hotel in the centre of the city, with a very modern design. The ceiling in the room was black, which is quite unusual. Bathroom has both a shower and a bath. Underground parking very close. Alcazar is just a couple of minutes away, shopping street and all the restaurants are very close as well.
Stains on the black ceiling, the room is quite dark, the only small window is in the corner. No tea making facilities in the room.
In the center. Near parking garage.
Everything very comfortable room great location friendly staff an enjoyable stay would return
The space of the room, the finishings of the hotel interiors and the bathroom fixtures were very comfortable and agreeable and the location is just perfect!
There is an incredible outdoors buzz in Jerez, even in Winter! To take in the street scenes, with sherry and tapas is the best!
Parking is a real pain and expensive! But we were directed to an underground car park very close that was only 5 euros for 24 hours
Central Location, every facility you needed, eating and bars so close, staff very helpful with advice for restaurants to eat, directions to visitor center's. Even the cleaners very polite. Could not wish for better.
The only missing thing was a pool but that did not in anyway inhibit our stay.
Speckles sly clean and shining. In the heart of the city with everything within minutes. Great value for money. Helpful staff.
No tea/coffee arrangement in the room.
Location and room were very good, staff pleasant and helpful. It helps that we speak Spanish - but we are in Spain after all.
Beds on the firm side and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Modern, clean, stylish room with big bathroom and lots of storage. Friendly, helpful staff and a great location.
Nothing - all good! (Well, the sauna could have been hotter, I suppose)
Superb location with public parking very close by. Exceptional value for money on the room rate.
Breakfast selection was poor and not good value for money.
Good location, parking very close, good breakfast.
We are sure we have left our tablet in the room upn check out, but when we asked about it few hours later they said it was not found. Our room was on the first floor, but there were 10 steps from the elevator to room level. The receptionist did not mention it and nobody offered any help with luggage
We were very happy with our experience
It's probably correct to call this more of a business hotel but the staff were warm and friendly
The hotel was in an excellent central location for walking to all the attractions including the Equestrian school (15 minute walk). The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
We had a room with a half window which let in very little light. This would have been ok if the room had adequate lighting which it did not. The room was dark and after a few hours, we felt as if we were living in a cave. The bathroom was fine though - it had good lighting.
