Central Location, every facility you needed, eating and bars so close, staff very helpful with advice for restaurants to eat, directions to visitor center's. Even the cleaners very polite. Could not wish for better.
The only missing thing was a pool but that did not in anyway inhibit our stay.
Speckles sly clean and shining. In the heart of the city with everything within minutes. Great value for money. Helpful staff.
No tea/coffee arrangement in the room.
Location and room were very good, staff pleasant and helpful. It helps that we speak Spanish - but we are in Spain after all.
Beds on the firm side and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Modern, clean, stylish room with big bathroom and lots of storage. Friendly, helpful staff and a great location.
Nothing - all good! (Well, the sauna could have been hotter, I suppose)
Superb location with public parking very close by. Exceptional value for money on the room rate.
Breakfast selection was poor and not good value for money.
Good location, parking very close, good breakfast.
We are sure we have left our tablet in the room upn check out, but when we asked about it few hours later they said it was not found. Our room was on the first floor, but there were 10 steps from the elevator to room level. The receptionist did not mention it and nobody offered any help with luggage
We were very happy with our experience
It's probably correct to call this more of a business hotel but the staff were warm and friendly
The hotel was in an excellent central location for walking to all the attractions including the Equestrian school (15 minute walk). The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
We had a room with a half window which let in very little light. This would have been ok if the room had adequate lighting which it did not. The room was dark and after a few hours, we felt as if we were living in a cave. The bathroom was fine though - it had good lighting.
Great location Big room Helpful staff Flamenco tips Parking nearby
This is a modern comfortable hotel. Although ideally situated in the centre of jerez it was extremely quiet. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast served in a lovely room. The outdoor pool (though quite small) is a real bonus. Highly recommended
The hotel was clean, staff attentive and position ideal.
Apart from my comments in the " What didn't you like" box everything was good.
The only downside was the breakfast.hot food was cold and not replenished even though it was only 9 am.
Comfy beds rooftop swimming pool (small) Location (very central) Good bedroom fittings
No satellite TV in English
The hotel is situated within a few streets from the Cathedral and Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Sherry House. Also, very close to prime shopping areas of Jerez. As we got there on a holiday weekend, parking at the private garage was only 2 euros per day ending at midnight. On a weekday, the rates are considerably higher and you have a choice of 2 or 3 garages nearby. This hotel was one of the nicest in our month-long travels through Portugal and Spain. Nice, modern decor, beautiful bathroom with a tub and a shower!
comfortable, clean, cheap and in the center of the city
very difficult to find and approach by car
The location is right in the center of the old town. Excellent for enjoying the sights and restaurants/tapas/bars. You can walk, walk, walk the old town and take a taxi to the outlying bodegas or attractions if you don't have a car.
Found it very strange they have glass doors on the toilet/bathroom. The decorator must have sold them a bill of goods! Not a problem if you are solo but not ideal when sharing.
The staff are incredibly patient with us considering we could barely order a coffee in Spanish when we arrived. The rooms are modern, clean and incredibly warm feeling. It's an ultra modern hotel in the downtown core of Jerez, just open your windows to let Spain in.
The fact we only spent three nights, should have taken a week.
Well placed just off Plaza Arenal Close to the Alcazar Close to the sherry bodegas Close to the tour bus start point Close to the tourist office Close to really good bars and restaurants
These things didn't bother us because we don't normally use them and there are plenty of facilities within a very short walk - however, the hotel has no bar or restaurant.
Great bathrom facilities. Also a pool, sauna and steam room.
This hotel is at the end of Plaza Arenal in the hub of Jerez' cafes and shops. The entrance to the Arenal underground parking very close by (very cheap at weekends - more expensive during the week). The rooms are very modern, with fab bathrooms, glass basins etc. The front desk staff are courteous, friendly and competent in English. The public spaces are smart and clean. Free PC/WiFi in lobby.
Our room decor colour was boutique dark, incuding the ceiling and voiles - not to our taste, I'm afraid. I had to move lamps around in order to read. Come on Sercotels - Lighten it up!!
Great location at a good price, easy access to local sights and Tabancos. We were upgraded on arrival, room very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good wifi connection. Staff friendly and helpful. Wished we could have stayed for longer. Will revisit Jerez and this hotel.
Great location, good size room and quiet, parking very closeby. Good value for money.
Reception staff not overly friendly.
Reception staff, room and bathroom, location.
Breakfast wasn't my favourite meal here......
The staff's willingness to assist. In fact, we liked everything about the hotel :)
