the little restaurant, friendly staff.

I thought it was fairly pricey for what was offered.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the room looked nice and comfortable, location perfect.

It was not very clean, and i think that it needs the refreshment a bit.

I liked location of the hotel, its 5 minutes away from metro. The staff was very friendly and we could check in at 1 am for free. Other hotels wanted to charge for that 30 eur per person.

My paela in hotel restaurant was without taste.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good variety in breakfast buffet. Hotel in convenient position for access to metro. Plenty of local restaurants.

Double bed rooms at back of hotel are significantly smaller to those at the front and could do with some smartening up.

Excellent hotel with great staff (especially Joseph). Very clean and nice rooms and showers. Very fast free WiFi. Free safe in the room. Close to metro station "hospital clinic". Good price!

I liked the hotel. Everything was very good. Room was comfortable and regularly cleaned. Staff was very polite. Location is nice: metro station is nearby and on foot you can reach the center for 15-20 min.

Breakfast is very expensive.

The condition doesn't make cool air during spring, too hot in the room!

a wonderful hotel with friendly staff, very comfortable, close to the metro (less than 5 minutes on foot) and to the centre (about 40 minutes on foot to Placa de Catalunyaand La Rambla) We had no problems with wi-fi during the whole stay! the hair-dryer was a pleasant surprise also! In general, a very good place to stay!

When you check in the hotel lobby has been stolen suitcase. The hotel staff is not wanted to help us, even refused to show us the video camera records. It seems that the hotel staff at a fraction of the thieves.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice a quiet at night too. The breakfast facility was good. The cleaners came to the room everyday.

The television was very small and there was only one american news channel that we could understand.

Good value for money. Basic but perfectly clean and everything you need. Good variety available for breakfast. VConvenient for the open-top Bus Turistic red and blue routed. Nice roof-top terrace with a little pool.

Very minor - should be spare cutlery, glasses etc available at breakfast.

In the website the hotel and the rooms looks better. It is not a good value for money

Very well organised...clean and tidy....Extremely friendly and helpful staff ...Espcially the receptionist Ana...Food at the resturant is very good in amazing low prices...Great location...Everything is excellent..Very happy staying there...

Very good location, close to the metro and other amenities!!! Easy to find and cabs arent expensive either from the ramblas after hours!!

The only thing i can say that would be a problem is if you were a bad sleeper there can be noise from the ambulance sirens at times going to and from the nearby Hospital Clinic!!

Bedroom safe not fixed to anything, so was able to carry it around the room.! Water tasted strongly of chlorine

Arrogant staff. Bad smell in the room. Dirty bad. No refrigerator in room. The swimming pool is very small.

The air conditioning system of the rooms is very poor. They should invest more in it. You feel like you are in a steam bath

Breakfast was not up to the mark and toiletries were not refilled every morning after the cleaning.

Lovely breakfast. Lovely little swimming pool on rooftop which was never really busy. Friendly staff, excellent budget hotel. It was perfect for a short break.

Reception staff were pleasant and the room functional and clean. There is a good cafe next door and the metro only 5 minutes walk away - the best way to get around Barcelona.
