Great boutique hotel, lots of charm, friendly staff

A bit far from parte viejo, beach, and rest of the action.

really cute, affordable, good restaurant, good location for bus to the airport, 20 mins from town which was a v nice walk.

The design and theme of the hotel. The friendly, helpful staff, and the cafe/bar.

the hotel is very modern with paintings by famous actors in the hallways and rooms. in the entrance hall, Alfred Hitchcock sitts and waits for you. the hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the old town and 15 minutes from the beach.

The hotel was great except the comfort of the bed and the a/c

The bed was uncomfortable.In sections part of the bed springs you felt. At nights the temp dropped to 4degrees C on the outside.The hotel automatically takes of all power on the A/C units.The room then gets very still and hot.I had a bad sleep all 3 nights mainly because of this

There was not any tea or coffee making facilities.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless and my single room was beautifully designed and a good size.

It's a bit of a walk to Old Town, but I'd stay there again because it was so nice.

The celebrity themed room was small but fun. The hotel had a pretty location on the river but it was far from the action. We liked that it had a secure garage, although it cost another 15 euros.

This hotel was impossible to find. We searched for an hour and were exhausted once we got there.

One thing is that they don't serve dinner at the restaurant. However, not a huge inconvenience, since you could order room-service.

Minutes walking distance to main bus station.Regular buses to the old town.Rooms very comfortable and nice big bright bathrooms. Fun element re movie stars theme in hotel.

Everything, check in was easy and fast. Room was comfortable. Gym was well equipped and in full working order. Reception staff were lovely. I would stay here again.

The tv did not have any English channels except BBC news but then you could borrow movies for free from reception so it was ok.

The hotel is not located right in the centre and as it was heavily raining when we were there, it was not very convenient.

Hotel Astoria7 has a cool film theme with a great dvd lending library for guests. Attached pintxos bar is also nice.

Location a few kilometers from old city and La Concha beach.

lay out of hotel from reception area to restaurant was airy and attractive - . rooms were spotless housekeeping first class- staff knowledgable and friendly. nothing to dislike. great library with free internet

Great contemporary decor. A lobby where you could stay forever reading a book on San Sebastian rainy days.

Never accept a room on the ninth floor. The gym is right above and you will wake up with a thump thump thump of people running on treadmills.

The theme given to the Hotel. It's like staying in Holywood

It’s a modern, urban and unique. Staff on the reception and restaurant was professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant - delicious.

Everything! The food was excellent and the proximity to the old town whether on foot or by bus. Close enough to everything.

The modern design of the hotel, the friendly efficient reception staff and the convenient location. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a king size bed and a large modern bathroom, complete with large shower head and a magnifying mirror with good lighting throughout.

The underground parking was quite expensive, but very convenient. We thought there could have been better instructions on how to get into the underground parking as the button to press for the entry gates was not the one next to them as one might expect, but further away along the wall.

A very good hotel with all the facilities I needed for business and shopping, and close to the football stadium for my work.

Open, clear glass screens from bathroom looking into the bedroom. No privacy!

Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Great to see Alfred Hitchcock sitting in the foyer!

It's a long walk to the old part of town!
