The rooms are large and comfortable with all the facilities you need. The location. It is easy to get to and close to the train station. The Parking!! the hotel does not have parking but tell you to go to the carpark round the corner. They insist on you leaving your car keys overnight which we were not willing as we do not know if they are insured etc to move our car so we had to go to another carpark which was a hassle. The female member of staff at breakfast was very rude and unhelpful and made us feel very unwelcome!! |

Located near the historical center of Malaga, and about 15 minutes of walking to the coast. Clean and quiet. Really enjoyed the massage bath and free wi-fi. Lots of nices cafes around the hotel. |

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the room was absolutely perfect!!! My only problem was the cleaning service. I do not understand why should they come to clean the room before 10.00 if I do not check out that day. I was not able to sleep more than 6-7 hours (except one monday) while I was in the room to have a rest. |

Hotel is clean and modern. The room we stayed on the 7th floor was very stuffy. The air-condition was making good fan noise but there was no air coming out from the vent. We notified the house-cleaner the next day and it was fixed when we got back. But still, air-condition was not as effective - guess it was summer when outside temperature soared over 35C. |
