Extremely helpful receptionists helped solve travelling and baggage problems,.

We loved the great location in Astorga with the Hotel having it's own underground car park. Reception and restaurant staff were most welcoming and very efficient/helpful. They were happy to serve us with an excellent evening meal at 10.30 at night. Rooms spotlesslya clean and well equipped and a great place to people watch from.

Friendly staff very helpful

Location was fantastic with a room that overlooked the square. Reception staff couldn't do enough to help and were keen to identify all the sights of Astorga and also where the best restaurants were. We ended up eating at the hotel which was good value but not the best paella we have eaten but lots of it and good quality. Room was spacious and spotless.

Absolute perfect location - ask for a room overlooking the square. Great stopover town and the hotel is the one to choose!! Big rooms, clean and just feel good.

The central location and the friendly and professional welcome from Anna at hotel reception. The room was very comfortable,overlooking Plaza Espana,and was tastefully decorated.

Location on a lovely plaza in the old city. It has good parking.

We booking a junior suite for the weekend. Our suite did not have a window that could view anything but the sky.

The beds were comfortable and the bath tub was very nice. Staff were responsive when we checked in there were problems with the room and they changed it immediately.

Staff were not friendly, though this may be a cultural thing. Although we were o he first floor, wifi signal was not strong enough so had to go to lobby to use it.

well located and they offered us a spa visit in an affiliate for a good price- pity we hadn't brought swimsuits for it.

Just fabulous - great value for money with wonderful staff, excellent location and little extra touches - free bottled water and soft drink in the minibar, lovely bathroom accessories and very helpful wait staff in the bar and restaurant. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming staff

The restaurant was small and poky and there was no proper restaurant menu only the bar food, but apart from that the hoterl was like a parador. But without the aid of a policeman in his car who we luckily came across I doubt if we would ever have found the entrance to the car park.

The staff was amazing, very professional, and helpful.
