The view was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. We needed breakfast at 6 am, to our surprise we found a FRESHLY COOKED breakfast instead of the cold meat and roll we have come to expect. FANTASTIC.

The view from our window and balcony was amazing, I could have sat there all day! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and spoke excellent English hotel easy to find,plenty of parking for only 3 euros. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms

The village of Medina No staff in the hotel more or less closed , very noisey lift, no soundproofing whatsoever wi fi non existant safe could not be used, Not really an open Hotel, no services. Sad case only three Rooms in use, which we could hear, left 8 am in morning, for home. Sorry not good.

El personal muy atento y amable, nos regalaron una botella de cava que nos mandaron a la habitación, el parking del hotel muy barato y cerrado.las camas muy comodas y el desayuno oerfecto en general todo mu bien....volveriamos sin dudarlo Nada

Me ha gustado sobre todo el personal que nos atendía. Muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel se ve nuevo, esta bien, buena zona, bonitas vistas. Me gustó todo.

Localização para o que pertendia fazer Preço exagerado para a qualidade do hotel. Problemas de ordem logística (iluminação; duche) que depois de reportados continuaram sem solução. Exageros em imposição de valores depositados para que fossem prestados serviços (exº. depósito de € 5,00 para fornecerem uma extensão electrica ao quarto)

Simpatia dos funcionarios Pouco acolhedor, instalações muito parecidas com um lar de idosos. Ao contrario do que diziam não tinham wi-fi, o que não é admissivel num hotel novo. Pequeno almoço improvisado e muito pobre.

Su ubicación, sus vistas y el spa. Tambien es muy tranquilo, la habitacion es muy silenciosa, La habitación es excesivamente espartana y fria. Podian poner al menos una butaca y una mesa pequeña y más detalles en el cuarto de baño que no fuera sólo dos botes pequeños de gel, resultaría más acogedora. Podian tambien de paso enchufar el mini-bar.
