Atenea Park Suites & Apartments  

It was good to have a lounge room apart from the bedroom. The location was close to beach and restaurants. The shower was very good once it was working. The windows opened wide for fresh air. The decor was pleasant. The bed was comfortable with a lovely soft doona. It was a great place to relax and unwind after two days travelling from San Sebastian by car.

There were a few problems with plumbing that we sorted out. It is in need of some upgrading. The a/c doesn't work on cooling until May so we had it on heating the room by accident when we were trying to cool it down. The pool was closed but the weather was cold so it didn't matter. Maybe something more decorative than a plastic strip around the pool could indicate it's closed.

Location near beach, good parking space in garage. Good staff. Room was decent size.

Apartment with no oven, just one kettle, no dish washing equipment at all (like soap). So it was disappointing a bit, we were expecting to do food in the apartmen. Our son is allergic to milk, so it is difficult to eat outside for him.

Room size, comfort, swimming pool

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location - excellent - really close to beautiful, safe, clean beach and local amenities. Value for money.

Restaurant staff at breakfast not very friendly. Cleaners very noisy in the morning - tidying up from previous evening, dragging chairs, tables etc at sometimes 6.30am. Noise from bar - terrible when in room late evening. Continental breakfast good - poor excuse for english breakfast though. No safe in room. Camp bed smelt very badly of tobacco.

Very close to a beach, nice pool, good for families with kids.

We thouroughly enjoyed ther 3 nights we were there. Everythings was lovely and we did not have any problems at all. Would definately recommend to any person wishing to srtay here.

Nol but perhaps you could put some pegs in the laundry for hanging out washing outside on the roof - not all clothes can be dryed in a dryer.

Very-well located, modern hotel. More choices at breakfast than you'd normally expect in Spain.

We booked a room for four people, but all the units only accommodate 2 people in beds, one on a sofa, and one on a rollaway cot. The staff was friendly, but the service was lackluster - the general feeling is that they do the minimum, and nothing more.

Tiene muy buen precio (al menos fuera de temporada alta) y los estudios son muy amplios y cómodos. Tiene facilidad para aparcar en los alrededores.

Es dificil acceder si sigues las instrucciones de un GPS porque hay dos calles con el mismo nombre en el mismo término municipal. El personal del Hotel no supo ubicarnos a pesar de llamar 4 veces por teléfono. No fueron muy amables en el recibimiento. No hay servicio de wi-fi gratuito.
