We did not hear other guests. The room was warm as there was a strong heater
The staff weren't very helpful and the hall way and sitting area were uncomfortable and dark
free parking for bikes 24-hour reception the staff speaks English well air-conditioning the room was with balcony
there is no kitchen, but we knew about it in advance the cleaning lady doesn't knock before getting in 2 euro fee for leaving the lagguage after check out
Fabulous location, clean, free wifi & good lockers.
Bathroom had a funky smell. Wished I had an air freshener for it.
We stayed here last year. The only major problem was a slow and ineffective WiFi system, which has definitely improved.
Noisy and inconsiderate guests. Screaming children. Barking dogs.Loud adults. All in all a real pain. There were problems with the security door. People were smoking in the hallways or around the elevator. I smoke, but I haul my butt down to street level to do so. The smoke alarm in the room didn't appear to function. The price has gone up since last we stayed there. Think our next trip to Granada we will be looking for another place to stay.
Cheap Vending machines in the ground floor
Nothing (You get what you paid for)
When asking to keep our luggage till the time of our bus departure , we where asked to pay money for using lokers. It would have been better to add extra cost in the room rate and not to ask for separate fee for keeping luggage , a service that all hostels , hotels usually do for free.
location, cleanness, facilities
Good location, free wifi, useful lockers to put luggage in after you leave ...
Very modern and clean, located on the main street.
Parking was a bit expensive, but ok considering it is difficult to find parking in the city of Granada.
Room not cleaned properly. water can easily come out of the bathroom when taking shower. Walls are so thin that you can hear anymore outside or in the room next door. Heating not working. Elevator and corridor area smells so bad that you need to hold the breathe while going out. WIFI is extremely slow.
The place and the room is excellent.
The only thing what mde me think badness about the hostel was the bathroom because was with a disgusting smell.
Very kind stuff - value for money - located at the centre of Granada (Gran Via street) - very clean We recommend it for perfect holidays at Granada!
The location was perfect. The staff was even better.
The walls thin. I could here everything going on with my neighbors next door.
It was cheap and location was good. Internet was ok.
It was not clean and comfortable. The room had a very bad smell and it was totally humid.
There was a very bad söell in the room. The room, bed, shower was very small. It is possible to find better places
Good location to walk and explore the main sights. Our room had a good size bathroom, but our family in another room had a small bath. Good price.
Very thin walls and could hear neighbours much of the time. A motion sensor light outside the bedroom door went on/off all night long making a clicking noise and sending glare into the room. Reported to maintenance person but light wasn't repaired during the nights we stayed. The bedroom window only opened a small amount and into the Air conditioning well, so no fresh air.
The location. The Price.
a bit of traffic noise
Location excellent. Good selection of restaurants, etc. close at hand. Very well situated for a visit to the Alhambra.
Felt that staff could have been a little more helpful in regard to parking. Thought 17€ a day a bit steep, access was very difficult and my car was damaged. 24hr public parking discovered not far away.
Big room, clean.
THE smell of chloride in the room after cleaning.
Convenient for city tour, easy to get halal food & cheap shopping in one area. Near to train station & to visit plaza de torros. All by walking distance.
No flask in the room. To allow late check out due to travelling time.
Location, price, friendly and efficient staff.
Car park was closed when we arrived and had to find alternative parking which was a nightmare especially when tired and in a strange country. Very expensive to park at nearby car park. Also extra pillows for beds would have been nice.
the location of the hotel
The room was soooo cramped for 2 people. The morning receptionist was unfriendly and was talking most of the time on the phone...we had to wait for ages to get an answer from her poor breakfast
