Great Great Staff, and a very good breakfast. Location was perfect. Near the train as well as many tourist sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean and i felt safe and secure while staying. Cost/ Benefit was great.

You can't find a much better location in the center of Madrid. Nice, bright rooms with balconies facing the front of the hotel.. Hotel is within walking distance to most sights in the central city. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Nice buffet breakfast.

It can be a bit noisy outside at night if you are in a room facing the front of the hotel, particularly on weekends. But I wasn't bothered by it as there is double glazing on the doors leading to the balcony.

I liked that the hotel looked nice and clean, it's easy to reach from the airport. It's close to both Gran Via and Sol metro stops. You can easily walk to most of the sights. Eventhough I had a room street side on the second floor, the noise from the street was hardly noticeable. The room has a bathtub, shower and a fridge. The breakfast offered a lot of choice. The WiFi also worked good.

Very minor, but you have to pay a deposit (which isn't returned) to use the in-room safety deposit box, so that's 1 eur each time you open box.

We disliked having two twin beds together instead of having a king sized bed. Strong and unpleasant smell at the reception, most likely a cleaning product.

Location in El Centro excellent. Staff very helpful. Extremely comfortable, especially as we were given an upgrade. Highly recommended.

This is a good, value for money hotel, in a perfect location.The rooms are big and well furnished.

The bathrooms,though spotless,are not quite as nice as the rooms.

Excellent location, perfect for exploring the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed mattress was firm and very comfortable, just the way we like it. Excellent value for money.

Some noise from the street, but this has to be expected due to its location. Couldn't work out the air con but I have no doubt it woks perfectly & the staff would've helped me out had I bothered to ask.

Conveniently situated, in red light area but that's nothing to worry about. Was given a smoking room when requested non smoking, was given twin beds when requested a double. Breakfast plentiful and reasonable choice.

Basic hotel more a 2 star than 3.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great size, I went with 2 friends, we shared a triple room, Plenty room for us all to get ready and move about comfortably. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. I would definately go back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

There was strange, foody smell in our room, we thought it was coming from the restaurant below. Although, it wasnt really an issue as we had a balcony so could air the room out easily :)

During the night the noise of people talking in the streets could be a negative point when you want to sleep.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is right of Porta del Sol in the heart of touist activity and night life.. Adjoining retarent was very good as well.
